I have been with Kebo Pay for a few years now. If there has ever been a concern it has been immediately resolved. Now with that said, it is seldom that I need assistance. And it is usually for something we did and I need help correcting it. I can't write this review without giving 5 stars to Shirley who has been my go to person when I need help. She is always available to assist. Either by email or phone. She reaches out to you within minutes not hours or even days. A professional. I have recommended Kebo to establishments that I see on their own charging customers to use a credit card. Why bother, let Kebo do the work for you. I give 5 stars to Kebo and 6 stars to Shirley

Wonderful Experience
Have had a wonderful experience so far with Kibopay, and especially with Mike Klimczak who has been more than helpful anytime we have a question or concern. He goes above and beyond and is a delight to deal with at every turn. Initially we met with a little resistance from patients who were reluctant to pay the additional procurement fee, but now the platform seems to be working smoothly for us. We are grateful to get our fees deposited to our bank account in full without having to lose out on the myriad of credit card charges we used to previously get billed for. Would highly recommend trying out this cc processing service with Mike.

Excellent customer service. My only regret is that I didn’t change credit card processing to Kibo Pay earlier. The transition to Kibo Pay was very easy. I’ve already recommended to several friends who own their own businesses. Take the jump, save on processing fees, you won’t regret it and you’ll never go back.

Beware of Kibo pay as know as Merchant Lynx Services. The sale representative said the only fee I need to pay is the monthly fee. However after 3 months, they began to charge me monthly fee, terminal paper fee,, plus credit card terminal insurance fee. I called them, they said it is new policy. If there is new policy, why they don't send it to their client first. The sale associate said there is month to month basis, so I canceled my account with them. After I closed my account, they still charged me addition one month fee plus terminal insurance fee, because I have to give them 30 days notice. I didn't say anything. Unfortunately, it just the beginning. They have been constantly keep withdraw money from my bank account for credit card processing terminal insurance fees. They refunded me at the beginning, so I wasn't pay attention to it. After 11 months, they charged me again, I called for refund, they said they will refund me. I waited for three months, and I didn't see any refund, instead they charged me $199 more. I called them again, they said after 90 days, they can not give me the refund.
Beware of this Fraudulent company!
