dont order from this website i ordered 3 pairs of fake trainers from here they said they was genuine but had them authenticated and it failed, contacted them multiple times and still didnt email me back to this day, i raised a chargeback through my bank to get the money back the trainers come from china, there website even went down same
time as chinas cut off time of the chinese holidays, save yourself your money shoes look genuine but get them authenticated and they will come back fake

Really really disappointed overall the trainers took ages to come and they ended up being the wrong size wanted to return them and tried to get in contact with them multiple times on multiple platforms and there’s no reply. Also they do not look 100% authentic and the fact they are shipped from China confirms this . PLEASE DO NOT ORDER !

I still have not received my Yeezys.
I paid for them - said 6-12 days delivery - still have not received.
I am really concerned that they are fake from all the reviews below.
i have emailed and i have called and still have not received any response. website is now down - how do i speak to anyone. i have just received a call from Fedex saying they are delivering a box with shoes tomorrow. i asked where the box is coming from.
they stated CHINA.

Very pleased with my purchase. Reasonable priced and were delivered within 10 days. Will definitely buy from Kicks port again.

I still have not had a reply after numerous emails and phone calls about my order from 21st December.
How can people do this scam others of hard earned money.... Should have done more research on this scamming company.

These are fake!! I’ve studied every part of the Jordon trainer! One very very tell tale sign is that the R and the D do not join on the logo like they should do plus other differences…. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Very good fake but still not authentic, I knew as soon as I ordered something was not right as you can’t get hold of any of these jordons anywhere in the uk yet this website has a website full of them, they was shipped from China also! Very disappointed as I paid £167 for these and on your website it says NO FAKES/ALL AUTHENTIC

Place an order on 20th December and they have took the money but yet to even receive an email on update of order.I’ve tried to contact but only talk to a bot! It was my daughter’s Xmas present and she knew she wouldn’t get it until new year but it’s not even processed!

Iv ordered some trainers which were for Xmas.they have been shipped last week but Iv had nothing come yet, Iv emailed them no reply the phone number no one answers, so how do you get in touch with them?I also haven’t got a tracking number, anyone have any information that can help?

Received my Nike trainers today, packaged very well with extra laces and Nike socks. Excellent prices and a good selection of trainers. Had to wait a while as busy time of year but certainly worth the wait. Will definitely be ordering again

Ordered from this company 6th December, 2 lots of trainers costing 370, money has been taken. Had an email to say dispatch on 15th but no tracking, sent them email and eventually had reply with a tracking number, which states Royal Mail been advised they have been dispatched and awaiting Order. Still no change or signs of them. Have emailed several times and rang several time no reply. These were Christmas presents for my children, which looks like I won’t be receiving for Christmas. Very disappointed as a friend also ordered and have received hers. Terrible service and even worse communication. Would not recommend this company……

Ordered my jordan’s from here, arrived perfectly and came with nike socks, took slightly longer than expected but it was worth the wait. Emailed and asked for tracking info and they got back to me in less than 24hrs. Overall good website and great purchase

I ordered my product on the 29th of November and it’s still not came . This company is a scam and Iam in the process of contacting the police to track them . They ignore your emails

I never write reviews but I thought I needed to to warn people. This company doesn’t even warrant 1 star. I placed my order 29th November. I received an email to say my order had been shipped 3rd December but had no tracking number. I emailed them they eventually responded with a tracking number. Today is 13th December and the Royal mail tracker status is 3rd December sender is sending goods, so they still have not been sent. This is a Christmas present I will never order from this company again. Poor service and communication. I rate them a 0.

Ordered a Fear Of God Hoodie at £105 on 28/11 - for my Nephew's 16th Birthday on 12/12.

Got an automated email to advise product has been dispatched but nothing on tracking to show it actually has.

Emailed their customer services on 06/12 to explain it's for a 16th present... no response.

All I get is a lot of emails pushing me to 'review' Kicks-Port on Trust Pilot...
