We’re really sorry to read this, as it’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide.

We’ve looked into this urgently but haven’t been able to locate any order or recent correspondence under your name or details provided in this review, and we don’t have any record of the messaging described.

We aim to respond to all customer enquiries within 24 hours and currently have no outstanding messages. All orders are also automatically issued a tracking number once dispatched, so we’re concerned there may have been a mix-up — either with the order details or possibly the retailer used to place the order, as we know there are similarly named brands online.

After further investigation with the courier, we confirmed the parcel had been lost in transit. As soon as this was identified, we processed a full refund for you.

We work directly with our manufacturing partners to produce our products to our own specifications and quality standards. As with many footwear brands, production takes place overseas, but every product is selected and quality-checked to meet our brand requirements.
