I contacted Kidrobot support and told them that I simply wanted to exchange it for another one and they refused, due to their joke of a policy. I wanted to buy more stuff, but this was the first and last time I purchase from them.
Waited 5 months for two small items
Waited 5 months for two small items, I ordered a while back just to get this email today saying that I'm being refunded. The second email they sent me was a "refund" for an item i didn't even order! I went back to the website and the two items i ordered before are not even on their website anymore. Super disappointed by this experience and will never shop from them again.
Happy with purchase
Regardless of the reviews here I took a punt and ordered a Dunny from Kidrobot. Delivery from the US to UK was just 9 days from ordering and turned up very well packaged and in perfect condition.

My kids absolutely love kidrobot products, especially the yummy world collection. And customer service was phenomenal! Super responsive and helpful. Kids are already asking me for new items to completely their “restaurant” offering! Highly recommend!

We received an item with a damaged box and item and they just fought with us on getting it replaced when my husband is a collector.
The item had multiple cracks in and they claimed that's how the product was supposed to be along with it being shipped in a huge box so the item was bouncing around the entire time... Potentially cracked during shipping.
They refused to replace it.... So if you're a collector avoid this shithole company like the plague. They don't care about their customers and won't make things right when they send you a damaged item.

Update: Would recommend contacting the fraud department of the financial institution that tendered the transaction. Chase refunded me upon complaint.

I CAN NOT believe how quickly and politely this company responses to any emails. I have only ordered PRE order items from them and have had zero issues. They also provide quality products!! WIN WIN!
Missing order and KidRobot not responding
I placed an order with severall items on pre-order. When they finally shipped, it looks like they were either shipped to the wrong address or they were delivered somewhere else. After alerting Kidrobot of this they have stopped answering emails. Unforutnately it looks like I will need to involve my bank to try to resolve this. My suggestion to those looking into pre-order, just wait until the item is in stock.

Quick emparhetic response, and bonus points offered as consolation for large volume of lost points d/t my misunderstanding of the rewards program. You don't get rewards just for signing up for an account, it's a separate process. I knew I wasn't going to get full recompense, but it was a nice surprise to get a little something for reaching out with my frustration over the situation.

Nearly a year long wait
I ordered a Coraline doll last September and still have yet to receive it. When I reached out to check the status of my order, I was given a later delivery date than previous given and no chance of a refund. The customer service is also atrociously lacking in being helpful. I recommend you save your money or go elsewhere because this is not the place to go.
