Apps are not blocked for my kids iPhone, remote control isn’t workind properly

What a scam! I paid 50 euros for this app, in hopes of reducing my child's screen time. At first it had a HUGE lot of problems, ranging from blocking after certain time not working, to calling a game put as 4+ "inappropriate content". I thought it would be okay. Just this year and its over, the problems aren't fatal. But then, in about July-August 2024, I blocked the App Store, a feature available on it. The next day I allowed my child to install an app. After I removed this feature, the App Store did not come back on my child's phone. We tried like 30 times across 3 months to bring it back, nothing worked. Until he finally deleted the app with a glitch in the iPhone Storage when you delete an app by swiping it, it doesn't ask for a parent to approve (it was set up by a parent so that It can't delete) And even then I tried a lot to delete it myself, also even when I put my correct iCloud data, it kept itself on. Avoid this app at all costs. Even when everything else costs more than a thousand euros per month in the future and it stays at 30.

Made a big mistake paying for this. I have so many issues with this Not getting the services I paid for. Only the free services work. Customer service not able to help or don't want to help. Also don't want to give my refund.

Indecente non funziona niente

This app a is very annoying, i subscribed on it and it doesn't work, grateful i met ℝ𝕖~~𝕧𝕖𝕒𝕝𝕚~~𝕩𝕚𝕦𝕞 is figure it out.

ℝ𝕖~~𝕧𝕖𝕒𝕝𝕚~~𝕩𝕚𝕦𝕞 did what this app cannot do successfully, i just wasted money on it, try the name mentioned at the beginning as alternative.

This app is not does not work as advertised at all, i highly recommend ℝ𝕖~~𝕧𝕖𝕒𝕝𝕚~~𝕩𝕚𝕦𝕞 instead.

This app is awful, it is the most intrusive and broken thing ever used. My mum downloaded it for my sister and it blocked all her apps. She couldn't unlock her phone, she couldn't even check her battery percent. Not only that but this annoying AI voice won't shut up. And it wasn't even my mums fault, it just blocked it by itself. We have to factory reset my sister's entire phone and she's going to lose very important pictures. Don't download this app, its just glorified spyware.

Ne pas se fier à la note sur Playstore qui était bonne , ni aux recommandations sur différents sites comparatifs d'applis de contrôle parental. Je pense qu'ils publient sans tester l'application. KIDS360 est une arnaque monumentale! Payante sans même un mois d'essai (ca aurait dû m'interpeller). L'application une fois installée fait bugger le téléphone de ma fille, les fonctionnalités pour lesquelles j'ai payé ne sont pas disponibles, le blocage fonctionne une fois sur deux et la localisation n'est pas bonne , ça fait une semaine que ma fille est géolocalisée à la maison non stop! C'est une appli trompeuse, les pratiques commerciales sont malhonnêtes (pas de service client un chatbot inutile) cet application devrait être dénoncée c'est honteux!!!

Heureusement que j'ai paye que un mois pour essayer car la localisation ne fonctionne pas et y'a très peu d'option par rapport à Family link qui est gratuit. Je désinstalle et cherche une autre application compatible android et Iphone

Application qui ne fonctionne pas. J'ai en plus un autre enfant d'un autre pays sur mon application. Et quelques jours plus tard plus mon enfant. Impossible de supprimer l'application sur le téléphone de ma fille car le code parental n'est plus le mien. C'est quoi cette arnaque.

La App esta bien pensada pero la realidad es otra no funciona para Iphone y cuando hable con un asesor me respondió que si que Apple era difícil para algunos permisos de seguridad, la ubicacion no sirve, y no bloquea las app supuestamente las desaparece pero no es así, asi que ojo con esta app no es lo que promocionan

Oh I wish I had looked at this first. Yes if your child is using an iPhone DO NOT BUY!! IT IS A SCAM. They do not warn you that most of the features will not work, but still happy to take your money.

Terrible app. It doesn't deliver what it promises, and the client service is just awful. They make you waste your time and don't solve any problems.

Cette application n est pas du tout efficace.
Le temps passé par les enfants sur le téléphone est erroné, la localisation ne fonctionne pas.
J ai fait un mail au service client je n ai jamais eu de retour.
J ai malheureusement payé pour l année !!!
Je vous conseille l appli family link qui est parfaite si vous avez un téléphone sur android et votre enfant aussi et elle est gratuite !

Do not purchase this app. Complete rip off. Paid £79.99 for a yearly subscription and it doesn’t work. The location map doesn’t work, it said it couldn’t find my child when she was sat next to me. Blocking and time schedules seem to glitch and only works sporadically. Other times if will block my daughters phone when it’s not be set to do so. Very frustrating. Please don't waste your money.

Die App kostet Geld und hängt sich ständig auf, sodass das Handy vom Kind nicht freigeschaltet werden kann!

This app does not do what it says it does. The extra features I paid for do not work. There is no come back with customer service. Unfortunately we paid in full instead of using the trial. I was told they were upgrading and therefore not all features were working, but they couldn't tell me when all the features would work again and just avoided answering. They refused to give me a refund. Pure scam. Do not buy.
