I bought the car on 26 October for my little one birthday in November. We chose the car based on the fact should come in with remote control and guess what... It is January can't use it as remote control arrived broken. Talk to someone on the chat in November and nothing happen (no replacement). Crappy company I will tell. I sent another email 17 January and still nothing....

Joke spend £249 only supposed to be better battery and remote control but after the expirance I would say DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT WEBSITE.
If I would new I would buy car at Halfords or Smyths.

I empathise with all of the contributors who have had problems with this company. They promised to have the car to us before Christmas and when challenged, via email, on 27th December about the non-delivery they responded that it had been lost in transit! I was offered a replacement car which would take a number of days to organise or to have a refund. I chose the refund as the car was purchased as a Christmas present and my daughter was so disappointed that she opted for another present. The refund was to be in may account within 5 working days. Since it was still the holiday period, I allowed a few days extra.
Since then I sent numerous emails asking for an update, those that they deemed to reply to all said that the refund was “being looked into”.
I have tried to contact them by phone but the calls are transferred to voicemail and when prompted to leave a message I was informed that the box couldn’t take any more messages. I wonder why?
I do hope that this company is brought to book and that they are forced to undertake a number of courses, one for customer service and the other for a professional approach to business.

I wish I had read some of the reviews before buying my son’s Christmas present from this site. I was assured it would arrived before Christmas only to get a phone call on 23 December to say this would not be possible - by which point it was too late to order from elsewhere. I was assured it would be the first item out after Christmas but it’s now 13 January and still nothing... no response to emails, live chat msgs and their voicemail inbox is full! One v upset 3 year old...I never write negative reviews but really want to spare anyone else the disappointment.

Would t even give a 1 star, ordered beach buggy for my son who is autistic for his main Xmas present went to start it and no power what so ever. I have emailed company numerous times with reply they will look into it. Cost me over £800 and still nothing now they just ignoring my emails. Have to go through PayPal to get money back but that’s not the point my son was heartbroken xmas morning and still haven’t had a main xmas present. The amount of stress this has caused him and anxiety as to when his new one will arrive is really not good. Absolutely disgusted that he has been treated this way and if it does not get sorted I will be going to trading standards. I have been in touch with trading standards because this company have failed to respond to emails

If I could give a zero it would be. They dont respond to emails. There phone goes to a message machine. There live chat never responds.

I was promised a refund and still waiting 2 weeks later. No responses to emails ect. Having to go through PayPal to get my money. Fraudsters. Truly awful company.

I ordered a car for my grandson for his Christmas present , when it arrived it was damaged . When trying to contact them by email and phone I got no reply all you can do is live chat . I am horrified that these people can get away with doing this to people . This company needs to stop trading ASAP . Do not buy any products you will get caught in the scam .

I have placed an order on the 21st December. It was supposed to be delivered on the 24th. So it woukd serve as Santas guft. We still have not received the christmas gift from Santa. I have emailed them and the responses I get are just aknowledgment of my email. It is apparent that their is no customer service. I do not even have a confirmation that my package has been shipped. No tracking number. I am really affraid that it is a scam website, so if tomorrow we have not received our order I will request a full refund and if this does not happen I am ready to take legal actions against them. There is a clear absence of communication from their part. I will never purchase anything from them. Do not shop from kidselectriccars.co.uk thera are not credible.

There may be a good few 5 star reviews in here, however once their items break/stop working for no apparent reason I'm sure they will come down to a 1 just like everyone else. Totally agree happy to sell the goods, not happy to listen after it's sold. I had missing parts eventually sent then fobbed me off by saying we will send your little boy free name plates for his train. Lying so and so's shouldn't even have mentioned my son with no intention in sending in the first place. Now his battery's just stopped charging out the blue, things not even a year old and not been played on much due to him being a bit young when bought. Pointless even trying to get in touch with them because they hit you with a terrible warranty also (may want to look before you order) and then take no responsibility any way lol AVOID at all costs, celebrities aren't daft enough don't be daft enough to believe they shop here lol

The worst company. I’ve been trying to contact them continuously since purchasing a car for my son for Christmas. The phone goes straight to an automated message and they don’t seem to know how to use a phone, nor a computer for that matter. I’ve emailed numerous times to no avail. It’s a joke. They have over £700 of my money and I have absolutely no idea what is going on and if or when I will get my sons Christmas present. This is the worst company. It has no idea how to deal with sales or manage customers. It just doesn’t seem to care about anything but money. I would steer clear and never never never NEVER use them ever again.

After a scathing review about this comoany, I received contact from them and our issues seemed to be resolved. UNTIL the moment we took the car out the box and saw cracks and damage to the bumper and the left hand door. This company haven't got intouch and this item is for our extremely ill son and how I feel that they are discriminating against us since we mentioned our sons disability. We contacted BBC watchdog so let's see what happens

This is a really terrible company. Please do not buy from them. They’ll take your money and then you’ll never hear from them again. Be warned, these people have no customer service and sell goods that don’t last!

We ordered a replacement remote control on 28 October it is 10 December still not arrived.
We have emailed, live chatted via the website & tried calling to no avail.
Wanted this for Christmas very disappointed in their customer service.
Cannot recommend.

I spent nearly £1000 on cars with them and they arrived promptly. However one cars charger didn’t work. After numerous unanswered phone calls and emails another charger arrived. It didn’t work! Whole process of no communication started again. Finally was sent another one. It didn’t work! Off we go again. After 9 emails and 3 left messages was told one was in the post. I asked them to please check this one before it was sent out. It didn’t arrive! Here we go again! However this time I’m being totally ignored. This has been going on since the beginning of September.
They are quite happy to sell you the cars but there is no after sales. Beyond awful service! Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!

I've shopped with KidsElectricCars.co.uk twice in recent weeks. I really cannot fault the efforts they went to get the pink jeep to me in time for the birthday party. Fantastic knowledge of these toys, we hadn't a clue about them and would have purchased the wrong toy if we didn't speak with staff to discuss what we wanted and what was actually right for the age range. More than happy to recommend, my suggestion is to make contact to ask about suitable toys before you buy as they have over 600 to choose from!

Must update this review as last night at 8.30pm we received a response from this company at last a member of staff left an abusive message on our answer phone obviously the truth hurts be very aware if you buy from this company this is the sort of response you can expect from this company if they dont like your reviews of there useless customer services.
We bought our goods from outdoortoys customer services very good answer all questions and replied promptly.
Customer services non existent no one answers your calls no one returns emails online chat when you click on it no one answers waited one and half hours gave up left messages on phone line no replies then tried to ring a few days later mail box full ?

Really pleased with purchase and service. Quick updates and answered my query promptly. Thank you

Bought my grandson a tractor, he loves it, very well made and the remote control is a great feature, very pleased and would recommend these to anyone.

Recieved the mercedes I ordered and it was described as having a leather seat and mp3 connection. Car arrived, no mp3 connection and a flimsy plastic seat. Contacted them via email and they promised to sort everything after sending photos.
I dealt with Jack in customer services. He advised a few different options and to replace the car if I returned the old one. I was hesitant from reviews so he advised he would issue a partial refund but could take up to 5 days.
Hopefully it comes through.

I ordered and paid for my item on 31oct19. It's now 21nov19 and I've heard nothing. Recieved nothing. Tried the live chat a number of times but with no avail. No staff member is ever on line. One month till Christmas and looks like I'm out of pocket and needing a new present
