I'm just browsing in general for my 5 year old son who is taller than average. But came across this website from Google SPONSOR, and I was *shocked* by the prices and yet there was NO REVIEWS of any of the quads or bikes, which led me to come to trust pilot. And yeah suspicions were right!!

I bought a replacement battery for my daughter’s car 4 weeks ago and it’s never arrived. I’ve asked for a refund but no one from customer services will get back to me. Do not buy from this company.

Absolutely brilliant service from order to delivery and after sales. ordered a battery on the 25th it was delivered on the 28th. i had also spoken to them regarding the type required and was advised correctly AND also advised on how to ensure the maximum battery life could be achieved. I was astounded that after delivery i received an email confirming our telephone conversation on the correct procedure for use/charging of the battery. NOW that is what i call 'Old fashioned customer service' I would fully recommend this company

Bought a sit on car for my grandson, the wrong one was sent and I have an email excepting that driver delivered wrong item. After 2 weeks of emails a collection was organised but guess what, still waiting. Impossible to get through on phone. Do not buy from this company, they just wear you down with on going emails. They are con artists.

Do not buy from this company!! Complete shambles from the start. Sent out a ridiculously poor quality non working quad, took months of disgracefully unprofessional/poor customer service/communication & excuses, they finally organised to have it uplifted (which was another hassle) & now they're completely ignoring me & haven't issued my refund. My only option is to now report to Police Action Fraud. So stressful.

No complaints from me I ordered my son a revvi 12 before Christmas and it arrived as promised.

From first contact to final resolution the staff at this company have gone above and beyond excellence to provide me with a satisfactory resolution. Their promptness to respond and willingness to offer ongoing solutions and support cannot be faulted. I would definitely use this company again and strongly recommend them to anyone.

I made a purchase which due to a misunderstanding when it arrived was not what I wanted. I was offered a partial discount or full refund. As the mistake was on the company. They organised pick up of the goods and the refund will be back in my bank on the 5/12/23. Having read some of the negative reviews I was a little worried but I have to say I can’t complain from ordering to getting a refund it has taken 3 weeks which I’m more than happy with and would not be put off buying from them again.

We bought a kids electric car and shortly after buying it it developed a fault and was working intermittently (most of the time not working). We have been in contact with Kidselectriccars trying to sort this out for over a year, first a ton of excuses that parts are out of stock (after at sales point they tell you they carry a lot of spare parts in stock) and then no more news from Rory & Jack...they are not replying to e-mails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, completely ghosted us.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are very sweet talkers to sell, but then screw you up the moment something goes wrong.

Very happy with both product and service. We bought a Revvi bike, and it arrived promptly. Had some questions about assembly and spoke to them on live chat and they had a technician call me. We've had the bike a week now and it's been great.

Please please do not order from these disgusting filthy scum. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS!!!To do this to children is just the lowest of the low and these sort of scum deserve to be locked up and investigated by trading standards. These people took

Law works for the Met. Word of warning they are investigating you and with the number of charge backs from credit card companies that have been made they will catch up with you and hopefully before Christmas to shut you down for good!!! Once again please don’t order you won’t receive your goods.

Yup - as others. Ordered 2 quads - at a grand each and had endless problems.
1. Wheel Bolts sheered off - very dangerous
2. Starter key switch is intermittent
3. Engine faulty - tried to order replacement - no response.

No phone contact - only email, which is painfully slow.

Disgraceful company.

WISH I HAD READ REVIEWS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. It's been a long unpleasant story but the toy car motors failed within a few days of using the toy which cost £499 and after months of battling to get a resolution, they collected it on 4th August. Still waiting for a credit and they don't reply to emails and won't give me a phone number so gather they don't want to speak to me. My advice is go online to companies house and you'll find out who owns the business (NR1 Tradings Limited) and where their 'office' is. The names used on the emails are not real people. You can also find out about the owners on LinkedIn and what their 'day job' is. I'm now in touch with Citizen's advice, Trading standards and my Credit card company who are pursuing recovery of my funds. Not a great experience and people like this should not be allowed to trade but the experience has taught me a lesson!!

I bought a tractor for my 15 month old grandson at Christmas , used it twice fand the remote control stopped working , unable to steer it , as he is too young to press the pedal, the tractor can no longer be used , sent numerous emails , with vidoes of it not working as requested over the last 6 months , they have not sorted the problem and now ignore all contact , they do not answer phone lines !!!
Please please stay away from this scamming company , j have a heart broken little boy who can not play on his tractor , how do companies do this to children ??? Heartless and callous !!!

Firstly the electric car was late by two days. When it arrived it turned up with a chat who couldn’t move it, I was at work so he asked my neighbour who has arthritis and was I’ll after lifting it as it was about 75-85k. When I opened the box the cart was upside down, so was unsure if it was all safe. After asking the company they said it would be fine.
So after waiting 4 days now for the cart , my son actually go out on it, so we thought, he was going along and went to stop BUT the brakes didn’t work. So after calling and emailing the company they finally come and picked it up. I had already told them to put the £1000 but to a different account as I had put other money in that account to pay for the cart, and you have probably already worked it out, they stuck it into the same account..
Keep away from these people if I was you.

Despite all very bad reviews and me being very anxious about receiving my order I can say just the opposite. After getting a red Bentley instead of a white one I was of course disappointed but emailed Kidselectriccars and response was within a minute. We figured out a swap and their couriers were prompt and professional. Thank you Jenifer for all the communication we established.

After finally agreeing to pick up the electric car (at a cost of £100 to return). I have just been informed they won’t accept the return unless I arrange it myself - the cheapest option is £355. I would avoid this company - the 216 reviews speak for themselves.
