ordered a battery which they said would be compatible. Turns out its not. Also took 6 weeks for delivery and have now blocked my email address so I can't contact them.

Ordered a simple remote replacement. They did contact me advising me about supply /logistic issues and losses in the post etc.
They have blocked me now on their mail server so only way to contact is through the website.
Requested a refund - Nothing back yet!

I bought a rechargeable electric car battery from this company, which turned out to be too big. Since then until today, the company has not returned the item and refunded me. Someone called Jack initially emailed and said he was speaking with their logistics company for a collection. It has been 3 months now, no response to emails, they don't pick up the phone and they have not told me how will they help me return the item and get my refund.

Please stay away from wasting your money and time with this company.

I was scammed by this site. I ordered a peg perego tractor for my son and then the order vanished off my account. I raised a PayPal dispute and they promptly called me back funnily enough. They said if I closed the dispute they would dispatch the item. I foolishly did and they didnt dispatch the item. The phone doesn’t get answered and emails bounce back. Don’t ignore these reviews, I did and what a mistake it was.

Ordered an electric car for my sons birthday but when it arrived it was a different car to the one pictured that I had ordered. The one I received was for sale on several other sites for £89 cheaper, I paid the extra because I preferred the look of the car in the picture that I ordered, otherwise I could have saved myself a lot of money. After contacting them I was told the picture had not been updated on the website but I had received the correct car as it was an updated version. I said I would rather have a refund as I could get this car cheaper elsewhere or a refund for the price difference. I was told I should be able to get a part refund if I kept the car which I agreed. I then did not hear anything, after several emails I was then told I would be offered an accessory pack instead which I refused and said if I did not get the part refund I would rather return it. I was then told that I could not return it now as it had been charged, which was because I had thought I would be keeping the car. Several emails later I have still not heard anything back, all emails are ignored. No refund or return was accepted even though I did not get the car I ordered and no effort or customer service as emails are just ignored.

Great customer service/follow-up support after purchase made. Swift, efficient and genuinely helpful. Really pleased with my purchase from this company. Many thanks.

Even 1* is too high! I am still waiting for replacement or refund after several months of emails and telephone calls.

After writing a poor review because I could not contact them , they contacted me and explained they were short of staff , my issue was then resolved. I have purchased quite a few products from them in the last 10 years and will continue to do so. The 5 stars are for the last 10 years
I just hope they employ someone to answer the phone.

Ordered electric car for my daughter's birthday. It turned up a week late, 2 days after her birthday, so we rejected delivery. Promised a refund straight away - still awaiting. Have now gone to our credit card company and Trading Standards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Over the I have ordered at least 7 electric bikes and cars from them without any problems, however, this time I ordered a Small motorbike the receipt came through from PayPal and I had ordered 2 and been charged for 2, I immediately left a voicemail message, I have tried to call them no answer, I have emailed them no reply. The 2 bikes have now been delivered BE VERY CAREFUL YOU CAN NOT CONTACT THEM

Ordered John Deere 12v Electric Tractor. Spoke to Jack by phone to advised it was for my sons birthday. Jack explained national delays in courier system prior to me ordering and set a realistic expectation for delivery. This was confirmed and received within a few days. Jack was very helpful and responded to emails.

Absolutely shocking customer service I ordered a remote and a charger for a car I purchased from a different company I was told by jack I would receive it on a the day on wanted ready for my sons birthday when they didn’t arrived he told me they had been lost by Hermes so I asked for a refund which he said I would receive instead he send me them out again which arrived 2 weeks after my sons birthday now I’m having to pay for items to send back which ididn’t want absolutely shocking customer service and no apology avoid they at all costs.

Excellent service, kids electric gator arrived very quickly and at a very good value delivery price. All the way to Orkney! Jack had to use two different delivery companies to get it to us and it worked seamlessly. The gator has been assembled and is being loved by the kids. Thank you kidselectriccars, Hannah T.

Sadly the car could not be shipped to Norway, but i got my money back in one day, and communication worked fine. Hope to see some better shipping arrangements in the future though.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a new charger for my boys John Deere gator battery.

Charger arrived very quickly. Upon receiving it the charger was not charging the battery (despite me charging the battery from a charger).

I contacted the customer service team and a replacement was sent out straight away.

Great customer service and two happy little drivers who are once again tearing up the garden.

I used these and once I had put it together realised the battery holder was already broken....when I eventually spoke to somebody they messed me about for 2 weeks......in the end ( through my own persistence) I got through to a head office and they agreed to replace my car or fix it....,,2 months later I got the car back and then I had to take it apart as it was not put back properly and the horn still sticks!! Tried to contact them for some refund but absolutely useless.....never buy from them!

I bought an electric scooter in July 2020 for my child 's birthday. She played on it and the kickstand fell off the first play and was irretrievable. She had another few plays before we packed away for the autumn and winter is cold and wet in Scotland. In early spring this year we got it out, and it worked for one day the next day it would not work. We charged it but still it did not work. I contacted Jack who seems helpful at first he said I needed a new drive belt and wheel, which strangely was worn in one area. Despite the promises the parts never arrived. I have been contacting them since, but the phone will not allow you to leave messages, my emails and the contact form on the website has been ignored. Other emails bounced back. I only want to know what they will do to help as it should still be under warranty. I am willing to take it elsewhere to pay for it to get fixed but I just wanted a response. No response as yet, despite this going on for about 3 months now. I am not happy with the customer service. It feels like they have scammed me, with a product not fit for purpose not cheap either! and basically taken my money and run. Highly disappointed. I would not recommend you buy from this company. Go elsewhere, somewhere who has reputable customer service because if you product develops a fault you may experience the same treatment I have had so far. If they come through and make good I will update but at the moment my position still stands. I am very annoyed by the lack of care.

5 star customer service - really impressed with this company who went out of their way to find the right remote for my little boys car and gave excellent customer service - thank you so much for all your help, I have one happy little boy (and daddy who I think loves it as much as him!).
