Hi, I received a damaged item (broken part) and contacted you immediately. I’ve sent multiple emails and haven’t received any response. Please check your email and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Everything went well, got what was expected with no issues

Boxed mtg set was clearly opened and taped back shut. Sold as brand new and falsely advertised. Don't buy from Kidsy

When our pack and play was delivered it had a strong odor and was not the product we had intended to buy. I reached out to costumer service and they refused to allow us to return it and get a refund. We are now stuck with a pack and play we don’t want and won’t be able to put our baby into because of the smell of mold and must. Do not recommend using this website to get open box products. We have purchased open box products online from other places and had wonderful costumer service experiences when they were necessary. As a mom with a 6 week old I really didn’t need this experience on top of everything, any new or experienced parent head to google and find another place to get your products! I know there are other options out there.

Did not receive the item that was described. I ordered a car seat, but was sent a different model. Not worth the hassle to send it back.

A simple and quick shipment. The car seat was in perfect condition and well packaged. I think it was only an open box and never used because the packaging was as it comes from the factory.

I had an issue with the initial order; however, Bahadir was responsive and took care of me.

I received my crib and upon opening it, I discovered several things. The crib was very defective. It was missing pins to hold the legs in place, which could be a hazard to my child, but also did not have an instruction manual, and it was also missing the carrying bag that was to be with it . I have emailed Kidsy to see how they will handle this matter hopefully they will replace it with the correct crib and everything correct I know manufacture issues happen that how it’s handled from here on out is the true story. I will keep you informed.

Graco booster seat

Bought as a “display” item so I wasn’t sure what to expect and took a gamble and it paid off! The price was great and it ended up being literally brand new and some of the pieces still sealed so I was ecstatic!
