Chaos started turning into clarity, and we finally began gaining momentum.

I joined the CP program while our agency was generating around €25–40k in monthly revenue, but it was unstable and constantly fluctuating. In a way, the fluctuating revenue and too many underpaying clients were keeping us hostage — we were always busy, but not always moving in the right direction.

Already in the first month, things started changing. A few of our smallest clients left, but they were quickly replaced by one much bigger client who valued us much more. That client alone pretty much paid back the investment into the program, while also making our work easier, helping us focus, and showing us where the real value in our business is.

They know what they’re doing, but it’s not worth it if you’re not an agency.

I’ve been part of this 6 month program and all I can say is that for me the value/cost equation of this program is skewed.

I’m the CEO of an affiliate business. Me and my COO followed this program. We wanted to get better at hiring and were hoping that working with Consistent Performance would solve our performance issues after the business being in a decline.

After the first 2 months we basically did everything to a T. CP was very impressed by our execution and we followed everything for better team communication and hiring. However, it was wrong for me to think that I should focus so much on organisational stuff. If your business is in a rut, this won’t fix it. Team communicates better, had to do a lot of effort in implementing all the systems. But in hindsight, I think it took my time away of marketing related activities that I should be doing and even though we executed the Hiring system perfectly, it was still the wrong hire that resigned 4 months later for our most important role.

I think Adele is an excellent coach and she’s a great person, but I don’t think they should’ve accepted us as a client or should not have this to be a fixed 6 month project. Being a non-agency she can’t help you focus on the things that truly matter because CP only has real experience with agencies. For us, only the organisational/operational part of the program was relevant and after implementing it perfectly and the business still not growing and even Adele saying ‘Operations is not our specialty, sales is’, I was honestly disappointed that they took us as a client.

CP preaches that you should zoom in on your ICP to agencies, but we as an affiliate business, which can get 1/4th of the value as other clients, but still being charged $24.000 for a weekly call and a short 2 hour course, that's not practicing what you preach. The value you get from what you pay is not in your favour.

For agencies that want to focus on sales, you probably get a lot more out of it, the knowledge of Adele and Killian is top 1% in this space and they obviously sold me this 24k program so the sales guy did a great job, but if you’re not an agency, I can’t recommend this to you.

I'd done coaching programs before that were sold as one-on-one but turned out to be big group calls where you get lost, so I came in a little sceptical.

Consistent Performance has been the opposite. The support is properly personal Adele answers questions quickly and gives real attention, and even the group calls feel like a conversation rather than a queue.

The biggest shift for us so far has been positioning. We came in with a sprawling, internal way of describing what we do and came out with something clear and built around client outcomes, a completely different starting point for sales. That breakthrough happened because we kept asking questions and Adele and Kilian were always there to answer them opening up our perspective to how we thought about ourselves.

One thing worth saying: you get out what you put in. The one-on-one access is there, but it's on you to show up and ask the more you bring to it, the more you get back.

If you've been let down by courses that promised personal support and didn't deliver, this is one that actually does it. Highly recommend Adele&Kilian and the team.

One of the biggest wins for me personally was my time. With guidance I freed up 2-3 hours per day, which I now intentionally invest into business development instead of being stuck in execution. I also learned how to delegate properly - hiring assistants, involving my own team more, and stepping away from daily tasks.

I won’t sugarcoat it - committing was scary, and it was a serious investment. The program also requires real effort and time involvement. But looking back, the ROI has been undeniable. My only regret is that I found this kind of coaching only in my 12th year of running an agency. Starting earlier would have compounded the results significantly.

Beyond weekly work, the Yearly Mastermind event was excellent. Meeting other agency and business owners live, exchanging ideas, and learning in person added a lot of value.
