Excellent customer service and beautiful jewelry!
I ordered the Intricate Celtic Trinity Pendant with Large Emerald Cubic Zirconia in Yellow Gold (€54 plus €12 shipping, Order #14694) back on April 1st. While the necklace took a bit of time to arrive and wasn't quite the right fit for my girlfriend, the customer service that followed was absolutely exceptional.
Clare stepped in and handled the exchange process quickly and flawlessly. Thanks to her outstanding professionalism, the exchange was completely hassle-free, and we are both incredibly happy with the final piece. Never received my order and no contact from Kilkenny Silver
I ordered a bracelet from Kilkenny Silver on the 23rd February 2026 and still haven't received it almost 4 weeks later. I have emailed and messaged them a number of times to find out if they can investigate what has happened and have never had a reply. I won't be using them again.

Hi I received an order before Christmas and when I opened it for Christmas presents there was an pair of earrings missing. I sent an email that day no response and have sent 2 follow up emails and still no response. Very disappointed ☹️
