I love all the products I have gotten from Kill Cliff. The only thing I have noticed is that sometimes delivery is a little slow. I would like to be able to check the tracking and or if it is delayed that's fine but would just like to know. When I check the status it just shows complete but I have not received anything yet.

Overall their customer service is great and as I mentioned before I love all the products I have had.

To be honest I don't have a favorite flavor as they are all very good!
They are also fast shipping!

I am 57 Years old. I am not the best athlete but I love OCR. and I tryed Kill Cliff after a Tough Mudder, I was hooked. When I finish a run or just need something to drink that has a little kick. Kill Cliff is it. After a hard run you can feel the difference when you Drink Kill Cliff. You can feel your body recovering. I love all the flavors.

I ordered 3 cases of killcliff and only received one case. It's been 2 weeks since the order and I have emailed the company several times asking the status of my order. I still haven't received a response.

I'm not rating the product, I'm rating the delivery process. I placed an order online on 4/24 and it is 5/3 and I have yet to receive the order. There is no tracking information either. This seems the be the norm when ordering from Kill Cliff. It takes almost a month for the product to arrive. That is beyond inefficient and entirely unacceptable.

The Kill Cliff products are excellent drinks to consume during your workout and for recovery after.

Honestly best recovery drink out there, best one I’ve had! I would recommend this to anyone looking for recovery drinks with great flavor.

Not a heavy sweet taste you would expect from a sports drink. Great stuff.

I stopped ordering Kill Cliff last year because of the lack of communication with orders. I gave it a try this month, I ordered on the 18th, never heard anything back. Emailed my rep and was told they are on back order until the 27th. It’s frustrating when you’re waiting for a product to come but even more frustrating when you aren’t informed the product you want is on back order.

This service and product are both exceptional. I received my order so quickly I was surprised. The only complaint I have is that one entire box of drinks had gotten damaged and leaked out before it got to me. So, to me, that depreciated the value a bit. Paying that kind of money as a consumer I would expect to get my moneys worth. It may not hurt to look at better packaging, especially for fragile product. However, it was a simple accident and as they say, "things happen!" Excellent product. Excellent service.

Taste is great but the cost is a bit too high. Wish there were coupons for loyal customers.

On time shipping and the drinks are delicious and chocked full of good stuff. Its hard to find a healthy, delicious, carbonated beverage out there. KillCliff has done just that. The recovery drinks are perfect for on the go and quick hydration/recovery. 5/5 would recommend to anyone. The blood orange was my favorite!
