Billing Issue
Mr. Brian Parker Owner of killdebt.com please do not ignore me. I have been communicating with you on billing issues since May 28th, 2026. I have provided copies of invoices, receipts and the email you claim informed me of an offer I allegedly agreed to. I sent you the email, read it. You lied to me about the email. I have sent you multiple messages. You have closed 3 tickets on me without helping me. You have also told me you don’t want me to renew my membership. I have proven to you with evidence (that you created and sent to me) how I have been harmed and you responded with the same song and dance and now you are ignoring me. You have sent me the same reference attachment of an advertisement you claim I agreed to and a slap on the face telling me to go away. Please do not ignore me. Look at the evidence and refund me the $58.33 that you double charged me or edit the automatic withdraw date. My evidence is so clear. Your evidence is an advertisement that I do not remember to be true and additionally that evidence is false advertising. It says the word “discount” but as you have clearly explained to me in your messages there is no discount. You claim that I fell for your false advertisement and for that reason you can’t help me. I don’t remember that advertisement and I have received invoices and receipts from you that prove you wrong. I tried signing in as a new user and I did not find that advertisement anywhere. You have my cell phone number and email. There is no excuse! Contact me, stop ignoring me and do the right thing!!!!!!!
