KILOS GEAR Reviews

I received the item in good condition and pleased with the product.

I really love it the product

It was great service from the start to delivery. Was delivered in a week. Love the product, light and small to fit in my backpack.

Good quality products at the best price 👌 👍

I was a bit sceptical at spending £85 on a light for our camper trips, but I'm really impressed, very robust bit of kit, built to to a very good quality, really pleased.

Great product. Quick delivery. Excellent quality

Very easy to use website with great deals and products. Easy customer service. Friendly and prompt.

Bought the light for my daughter we both love it . This is an amazing product.
Super fast service with great packaging .

Nice system, wished it packed in nicer, also feel like you have to tilt it all the way back just to sit level as a level setting feels like it is leaning forward and will dump you out.

I ordered the Rover Camper light on October 18, 2026. Kilos Gear website promises items will be shipped within 48 hours. Allow 5-6 days for delivery. That is not true. I waited 8 days and still did not receive any shipping information or an ETA. I contacted Kilos Support via text. (no phone number to call). The text message said it would be shipped today. That was another lie. I asked to cancel the order. They responded that wasn't possible. Now, I'm disputing the charges on my card. I'm not impressed at all with Kilos and I certainly will not trust them again to do what they say they will do.

Easy to locate product i was searching for. The up sale of the headlight at checkout was good. The product shipping was accurate. Both products received are fantastic!

Fantastic service from start to finish, swift dispatch, well packaged with tracking throughout
The product ( rover light ) is amazing

Fantastisk kunderservice.

Jeg meldte ind at min liggeunderlag taber luft.

Tak!

I initially had problems with shipping but it was completely my fault with the info provided. They helped with the correction and everything went smoothly from beginning to receiving.
Now to the chair/stool. I’m impressed with what they could accomplish at the weight these items check in at. Very comfortable, and I believe the additional stool is a must! It takes just a couple of attempts to be adept at assembling/disassembling & getting everything back into the bag. I can’t comment on durability as the items are brandie new but the quality of the build is apparent so I’m hoping for the best. All in all I highly recommend!

The chairs and stools are compact, lightweight, easy to set up. The adjustable legs allows one to conform the chair to various campground terrian.

Light arrived quickly and is a great product!

Excellent and a comfortable outdoor sleep, I was out camping and had a good set up, slept well on the bed, so easy and lightweight

Bought this light for our RV. Haven’t used it yet but excited to have it as part of our camping experience! Will be wrapping it up and putting under the tree for hubby. Appreciate the delivery.

Chairs are very easy to set up. Strong an Sturdy.

I bought two chairs open and tried each they appear to be made well. I have a concern that the back of the chair seems to have a lot of pressure on the poles and they appear to bend to be able to install the cloth on the back. Time will tell if this will become an issue. Only other issue is when removing the cloth from the rear the cap on the pole that holds the string comes off and gets stuck up in the groove that the pole sits in. Only problem is if this causes problems down the road. Other then that the chairs are relatively comfortable, I would add more padding to the arm rest area so they stand better on there own.
