ADSOLUTELY AWFUL buying experience
I ordered a Royal Stewart tartan kilt. When it arrived it was not the Royal Stewart tartan. I contacted customer service and was told that I had actually ordered a Royal Stewart Modern tartan kilt. When I said that it was not what I wanted and I wanted to return it, I was given the option of paying the $37 shipping fee and being sent a Royal Stewart tartan kilt free of any other charges. I accepted this offer. When the second kilt arrived, it too was not the Royal Stewart tartan. As a matter of fact, I am unable to determine what tartan pattern this kilt has. When I contacted customer service once again and included pictures of both tartans I had been sent as well as an example of what the Royal Stewart tartan should look like in the form of a Royal Stewart tartan handkerchief that I own, I was told that I had been sent a Royal Stewart tartan and that the picture I provided was not actually the Royal Stewart pattern, and I was provided a website to show what the Royal Stewart tartan looks like, and I was told that I could also Google it for myself. If a company that sells kilts cannot get the most popular tartan pattern in the world correct, then I have no business purchasing anything from them. If that company can't get something this basic right, then it will not get anything else right. Also, sending someone a link to a website and telling them to Google it for themselves is not good customer service. If I could give this less than one star, I would.
This will be the last time I order anything from Kilt Experts.

The customer Ordered the Stewart Royal Modern From Us and we sent him according to his purchase, we also sent him the order screenshot But he wanted the Royal Stewart Kilt so we asked for just shipping and we sent him a new kilt for free but when he received the Royal Stewart Kilt he said my Royal Stewart Tartan kilt is different. he said us the photos. the photos were unclear and not fully HD. in the photo, his tartan look like other not Royal Stewart.
We do our Best to satisfy to customers. We also have 15 15-day return policy if some one wants to return due to any reason.

Arrived well packaged. True to fit. My son is 6’3 and 230 pounds with large calves and long legs.
Ordered 2XL socks and was good idea. Great quality.
Shirt navy blue 2XL arm length perfect and slightly roomy.
Was unaware that quilt is adjustable. You have snaps that can adjust for 2 sizes. Definitely true to size. Measure as per their recommendations. Excited to go to wedding in September. Thank you!!!

Exactly what you pay for but fast.
I live in the UK and I purchased the deal with kilt, jacket, vest, shirt, socks and shoes and accessories. They arrived in less than a week.
The clothes are not high quality but that is it's clear from the website and the price. You get exactly what you pay for, so consider what you need.
