Kinetic Estate Agents Reviews

Nina has been absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process of us buying our first 🏡! Always able to get in contact and always promptly responding and sorting out everything just as quickly! I am so happy that our sellers chose kinetic and I know where I am going if the time ever comes❤ thank you Nina you have been amazing x

Super service and support from Nina - and all at Kinetic. We really appreciated their knowledge, help and guidance at all stages of the process.
Thank you!

The Kinetic team have been fantastic during a sale and purchase that was drawn out due to factors outside of all of our control.
Jo kept us up to date and prompted us when she needed us to act and gave the whole chain confidence throughout the process.
I would 100% recommend!

First time using Kinetic, and I couldn't rate them highly enough. first class service from start to finish.
Jo dealt with our sale and purchase, and she has been amazing throughout the whole journey, an absolute credit to this company!
Thank you so much to everyone who met throughout the process. You're all amazing!!

Fantastic service from Kinetic on sale of my property. From my initial call, my house was soon valued and professional pictures were taken and the property on the market within days. Fantastic progression work from Nina and Jo who arranged and followed up viewings, and also chased solicitors regularly who were a little on the slow side getting toward completion

We recently moved house and both our buyer and seller used Kinetic. Jo @ Kinetic was really helpful, professional and provided great comms between all parties. If you are looking for a local estate agent in the Lincoln area we would highly recommend.

A modern, clean tidy office with very easy access. Enquiries were dealt with promptly, all staff members very pleasant and nicely presented.
One particular member of staff came through for me every time I asked for advice or information, and in a very timely fashion. I know at the end of the day the success of a business is not just down to one person it’s down to team work, but it’s having an exceptional leader that holds everything together and who makes sure the job gets done, which is a rarity, this person, did this, one hundred percent, nothing was too much trouble. I would like to express my sincere gratitude towards her and her team, thank you, you kept me sane.

From the day they came to value our property to the exchange of contract the staff were friendly, yet professional. Always available for advice or support. Would definitely use them again.
Highly recommend.

I genuinely cannot reccommend Kinetic enough! Customer service was fantastic right from the start. Matt was fantastic at helping us get on the market and then Jo was amazing at keeping us informed along the way and chasing all solicitors. We will definitely be using them in the (hopefully very distant) future!!

Brought a property through kinetic Estate agents and it was a fantastic journey to go through. From the word go Jo was on the ball making sure everything was in place for us the buyers and was really helpful and professional. We encountered a few issues along the line with the sellers solicitors but Jo was on the case communicating between our solicitors and the sellers solicitors, she didn't take her eye off the ball once and I'm shocked how much commitment she put into it all .
If we ever decide to sell and buy again I will be straight onto kinetic to take care of everything

We recently sold our property through Kinetic and we cannot recommend them highly enough. From the spot on valuation to Matt's fabulous photos and video tour (nice!) and the exceptional advice and communication from the sales team was second to none.
Special thanks to Nina Sharpe and Jo Foster who kept us sane throughout the roller-coaster journey!
We would advise everybody to choose Kinetic when selling their property. Definitely a 5 star service.

I bought my house through Kinetic and they were fantastic all the way through the process. Nina who I dealt with was great and I always got a response to an email within a couple of hours and she was always happy to solve a query I had. They even provided me with a house warming gift when I came to collect my keys. Would highly recommend and I would be using them myself when it comes to me selling. 10/10

Excellent experience when we bought our house through kinetic. Jo was outstanding - was in more contact with her than our solicitor! Thanks.

Brilliant service. They ensure communication is always flowing and sped the purchase up rapidly.

Purchased through kinetic, sold through another agent. Purchasing was by far the better experience!!! Chased regularly and managed to find out more information about the chain as a whole, than the solicitors.

I dealt with Jo throughout the purchase of my first property. she was very helpful with Any questions I had and made sure the process stayed on track for our completion date. The whole process with Kinetic was very smooth and I’d highly recommend them for both purchasing or selling!

A truly brilliant team at kinetic , jo in particular has been immense through our house sale which has been stressful to say the least due to a chain of 6 , I couldn't recommended them enough and I certainly wouldn't use anyone else again after having the 1st class service that kinetic provide ,

Absolutly Brilliant. Had a lot of help from Jo. Moved back to Lincoln from Shropshire. Stressfull at times. Jo chased, pushed and we finally move in to our new home in a few days after 2 weeks in a hotel due to major mess up.

I was a client in a chain of properties where Kinetic estate agents were dealing with the property sale above ours. Nina at Kinetic was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to get everything pushed through and get the solicitors talking. Could not recommend her highly enough, she even answered enquiries on her day off! Thank you Nina and Kinetic.

Excellent estate agent, without Nina at Kinetics our sale and purchase would not have gone through. Kept us up to date and positive when things weren’t going well. Thank you Kinetic.
