Kinetic Estate Agents Reviews

Icannot say how thrilled we are that we used Kinetic, for the sale of our fathers home.Verp professional people from start to finish, and always willing to go the extra bit more in conversations and communications.
The staff are some of the nicest and most caring i have ever met, brilliant firm ,and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, looking for professsional firm to deal any aspect of property sales thank you.

Excellent Team. Jo was very communicative with myself, the buyers and our solicitors throughout the whole process! I would highly recommend this estate agency!

We were incredibly fortunate to have the superb team at Kinetic Estate Agents on our side during our recent house sale and purchase. Owing to the actions of others, it was not an easy process but Jo, George and Matt helped us over the hurdles thrown in our path along the way. Our first contact with Kinetic was Matt, whose valuation proved to be most accurate of the three we obtained. The lower valuations of the other two agents (one local and one online) would have lost us thousands if we had settled for them. George took over and negotiated an excellent deal for us and Jo put her skills to full use to prevent the sale falling through when impatience took hold of some members of the chain. We cannot speak highly enough of the friendly, calm and professional team at Kinetic and we wholeheartedly recommend them to help buyers and sellers through probably the most stressful transactions of their lives.

Attentive and friendly service. Worked really hard throughout all stages of the process to get my home sold.

Highly recommend Kinetic. Staff friendly and informative. Dealt with the completion of our house sale after several complications. Big shout out to Jo for getting the sale over the line.

Five stars is not enough!!! Jo and the team have been absolutely brilliant in helping us purchase our first home. Nothing is too much trouble, they are very professional but friendly at the same time and have kept us updated every step of the way. They have been a real pleasure to deal with and cannot thank them enough!

Great company, Jo did a fantastic job ,kept us informed all the way ,would definitely recommend Kinetic

Holly was amazing.
I didn’t find driving easy but she took her time and went at my pace and was very helpful.
She also helped me sooo much with my theory went out her way to support me and I finally passed without Holly there I wouldn’t have done it!
Thank you so so much Holly for everything you honestly have done for me!!
I would really recommend Holly if anyone was looking for a driving instructor!!

Great experience with Kinetic. Responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Jo & the team have been fantastic to deal with, they have kept us updated constantly via email or phone, Kinetic have wide network of others services ie energy certifications etc this helped sale go through smoothly, I would highly recommend kinetic to sell my home agin if needed

Kinetic Estate Agent handled the sale of my mum's house and also the sale of a house for me. This was from mid-2023 to the end of 2023. It was a difficult market but they did an excellent job for us. Professional, efficient and, probably most importantly, communicated well throughout. Even at the more stressful moments, that you always get, when selling a house, they remained professional and understanding. Having all of Mum's to deal with it felt doubly stressful for me, but the team at Kinetic made it feel less so. I recommended Kinetic to friends during my sale and wouldn't hesitate to continue to recommend them. Thank you to all the staff. Mum went on to purchase the bungalow she had set her heart on. It was an excellent end to 2024. Huge thanks.

Professional and friendly - always willing to help. Would recommend to sell with and purchase from.

The whole team from start to finish were superb. I was kept up to date with absolutely everything that was going on during the whole process. If I had any queries then all I had to do was ring and ask. I’d receive all the information I needed and could not be anymore appreciative of these guys! After being with another agent for 3 months!! These guys managed to get me what I wanted for my house within 2 weeks. Then from offer to completion was around 7-8 weeks. I can’t thank these guys enough. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and would use again without a doubt.

Sold a bungalow with Kinetics - all the team were really friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. There's a lot of estate agents out there to consider, and was so pleased we had them recommended to us.
It took some time to get a buyer lined up in very difficult selling times, but they got there in the end.
Was kept up to date at all times through the whole process.
The approach they have with customers (and presumably buyers) is definitely the best we could have wishes for, and not at all like the image of 'estate agents'.
Well done and thanks ever so much, to everyone in the team :)

Fantastic service from start to end of our house sale. The marketing team were great leading to an extremely quick sale! The rest of the team supported us fantastically throughout the sale keeping us informed throughout the process. Thanks so much Kinetic!

Kinetic gave a great service in selling our property. Nina, George and Jo always acted promptly and efficiently. They provided advice and regular feedback throughout the process and I would have no hesitation in recommending Kinetic to others selling a property.

The staff at Kinetic were always professional, but friendly very good at communicating nothing was ever too much trouble responses were always quick they were honest all the way through

Very helpful and quick to respond. Helped to find the buyer and provided them with guidance to complete the sale smoothly. Provided us with regular updates and advice.

They were our sellers estate agents but they helped us more than our own and kept us upto date with what was going on wish we had used them
