Waiting now for about 2 years for my MOD HEARING claim. Been getting emails when I contact them but I.m thinking its all a scam, never get a email from the same person twice.
Think they may be collecting people's payouts and beavering it away.

I was given a case officer around 9 months ago, who has left and emails or phone calls are ignored.
I would not recommend this law firm.
I will be asking what I owe and taking my business elsewhere

My MOD hearing loss claim started at the beiginning of 2025 and dispite several emails, two letters and numorous phkne calls, I have been unable to contact them or get an update.
The telephone service is useless and so is the 'request call back' message on this website. The whole experience reeks of a scam. I can't help feeling the case has been completed and the funds directed elsewhere. Maybe I'm just naturally suspicious???
Other agents have called me, offering to take my case. Unless I get an update from Kinetic Law, I'll be taking my claim to a more reliable company after Christmas.

Mod earing loss claim seams to of shut down ,Getting no response from them now,after 4 phone calls and left voice messages/ emails , last time i heard from them was in May ,Nearly 2 years now ,I gave friends info of earing loss claims and they went with other companies ,4 months after me ,Been paid out case closed for them ,Me and my mate ,nearly 2 years now and nothing .

Worst Solicitors ever, would give a 0 if possible.
Kamran and John are liars. Gave them my case In 2023, did absolutely nothing . Took no action, never contacted me upfront, i was the one calling him. He did not come to visit. In 12 months he had me see a Dr once. Provided not care after my accident. A year and a half later I switched Solicitors and as he found out THIS MAN (kamran). SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE UNINVITED asking for forgiveness and said he didn't do anything for me and to keep him as a solicitor. Now he has the Audacity to ask for 10k in money from my new lawyers for his work which was nothing. He is stressing out my lawyers and I, pressuring them for money when he did nothing to facilitate my case. SELFISH LYING MONEY HUNGRY.

This hearing claim has been ongoing about 3 years. Makes the Alarm bells explode when in some of there feed back they say the MOD have 21 days to respond. But I can't even remember how long ago they said my claim has been sent to the MOD. All I get is waiting for the MOD to respond. Longest 21 days ever. I have another company doing other claims so trying to get them to take over this shower..

It is a little disconcerting that there are so many low scores about MOD hearing loss claims.
I'm at almost 2 years since submitting my claim, and haven't had any feedback or communication from Kinetic in almost 5 months.
Doubt is rising as to whether claims are actually paid out to Kinetic Law, just that the funds are not passed on to the claimants?????

This is a well known firm for making false claims for clients who want to make malicious claims on no win no fee basis. They willingly fabricate claims and provide misinformation to put pressure on defendants in the hope that they will pay up. Great firm for fraudsters but not so good for genuine claims.

about a hearing claim from the NCB they were upfront about the costs and always kept you in the loop of the progress of the claim. keeps you informed about all your appointments, would recommend to others pursuing a claim, good company to deal with.

I am waiting for a hearing claim from the MOD, firstly I get conflicting information over my Sars request, secondly they ask for me to send for my own sars request which 8 months later gets knocked back by the mod?!!!... I then rang the office of kinetic law who kept cutting me off when i was talking! rude is not the word!... i then stated their telephone line cuts out consistently to which I was told she will send me an email whilst talking over me!!!!... absolute shower of a company.... no clue of what to do? I do believe I will get ripped off when my claim eventually appears in 3 to whatever years?!!!!!!... total disrespect for former soldiers and their issues. do not use... you have been warned.

Bit slow in case processing but satisfied with their support offered and worthwhile professional skills.

Really pleased with the outcome, kept me up to date with everything going on. Definitely recommend them to represent anyone in the future.
