Appauling service- will leave you hanging for without any communication

We experienced one of the most frustrating encounters with this firm.

Our case was taken on by Hanif, who assured us that our case was straightforward and boasted a successful track record with similar situations, leading us to decide to proceed with them. We submitted all the necessary information and documentation. After doing so, we were told to expect an email shortly about the surveyor who would be visiting the property —an email that never came.

For months, we felt completely ignored; despite reaching out to the solicitor multiple times, we received no response. Even when we contacted his receptionist, Natalie, she was unresponsive.

Finally, after six long months, the solicitor attended our call, only to reiterate the same information we had been given half a year ago. Once again, we were promised an email after the call, which AGAIN never arrived.

Fast forward two years, and our case is still at a standstill.

Natalie did reach out to us two years later, stating that she had reviewed our file and needed our signature to confirm we had read the payment terms and conditions. While she acknowledged that the contract had not been signed, she remained ignorant that our case had remained dormant since we first contacted them!

I shared my frustration over her apparent indifference to our stalled case and pointed out that we had never received any terms and conditions to review and sign. I asked her how she expected us to sign something we had not even seen nor read, especially since the company had previously stated that insurance would be taken out as part of the claim to cover costs if necessary. Once again, she chose to ignore our concerns and vanished without responding.

I am left questioning her role as a receptionist, as she seems to be doing a extremely poor job of representing the company by consistently ignoring client inquiries.

Overall a great disappontment, would NEVER recommend!

It was an unfortunate event that I had an accident, luckily Munib Bagdadi from Kinetic law, assisted me through out the whole procedure. From day dot was always in communication and keeping me up to date with my claim! Took less than 3 months to have everything settled.

Passed from pillar to post all young paralegals with obviously no idea of being pro active or speedy

Constantly chasing and then fobbed off with incorrect info and never get anywhere

Are being paid a lot of money out of claim but doing nothing

Been many many months no further forward yet hearing test done months ago too

Asked for full disclosure audit and complaints procedure but will end up going to ombudsman no doubt

I was advised to use hanif at kenetic law hanif wasn't helpful at all he just took my money and did very very little for me he was too busy with local elections was promised he would help with the refund of my deposit I put a complaint in regarding the service I got from hanif he then decided to contact me and assured me he would help me so I dropped the complaint as soon as this was done never heard from Mr hanif I will not be using kenetic again due to this person he wasn't truthful and he made an already stressful situation worse on the other hand natasha his secretary was amazing helped and put me at ease and did so much more for me then Mr hanif speaks volumes highly disappointing

My experience started off ok, emails back and forth ect, and things seemed positive. I live outside the UK, so I was trying to arrange the mandatory hearing test for when I was in the country.

Now it seems they are ignoring me, and not replied to one of my emails in 5 months.

I travel next week and have not managed to arrange anything, thus wasting my time. I could of used that time focusing on another company.

Thankyou Kinetic Law, perhaps I should sue them as I have now lost any chances of moving forward with any claims as it is doubtful I will step foot in the country again.

Complete waste of my time, so no, I would NOT RECOMMEND them.

We used this firm unfortunately for our personal injury claim. Our case was being dealt with by UMAIMA MULLA who is highly unprofessional did not complete the case properly which caused us losses on our side. No updates on what’s happening what so ever and then they claim they have been working out of hours for us. They have totally messed my husbands case up and we are the ones who are still chasing.
