Sunny was great in a nutshell. My son had some niggly ankle and shoulder issues from Rugby, which were not causing a major issue, but I thought it best just to check. Sunny was honest in his approach as he gave my son some tips, stretches and exercises that should prevent and keep those niggles at bay. No further treatments / appointments were required, but had they been required I wouldn’t have hesitated to book them in. I will definitely return to Sunny if we need to in the future, but hopefully not if you know what I mean.

Sunny is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and cares about his patients. Sunny instantly identified my knee issue and put together a treatment plan which has nearly eliminated the problem in just a matter of weeks. He has contacted me on weekends to check how I am progressing in between appointments which is fantastic and even during the appointments, will go out of his way to explain things, go beyond the allotted time if needed and answer any questions. I would recommend for anyone with a minor tweak to go and see Sunny, a fantastic physiotherapist and a great guy too!

Great service had plantar fasciitis, got rid of it within a 2-3 weeks. Best physiotherapist I’ve ever been to, definitely recommend.

I was recommended kinetic sports performance by a friend, as I had a motorcycle accident which resulted in a tibia plateau fracture that required surgery in November 2020, I have had very little Physiotherapy from NHS which has left me with restricted range of motion and extreme muscle weakness in my leg, making my mobility extremely restricted.

I made an appointment to see sunny in may 2021
on my first visit, he was very welcoming and friendly, allowed me to walk at my own pace, he introduced himself and allowed me to explain what had happened, he also listen to my frustrations. He explained everything to me making me more aware of what needs to be done to get my full mobility and range of motion back. Sunny took his time accessing my knee and leg and asked me if anything felt uncomfortable.

For my first consultation I was really impressed and came out with more confidence that I shall be walking again unaided and out of my wheelchair.

I’m really looking forward to doing my sessions with sunny.

I will leave more feedback after I’ve had a few sessions with sunny.

Had chronic back pain for years and went to see Sunil and honestly I feel a million dollars now. Would highly recommend and 10/10 service always.

I have used Sunil over many years for various different things but the big one being for my ACL rehab after surgery.

Sunil set up a clear plan which included the different stages of my rehab and the goals we should be aiming for before moving to the next stage.

He explains everything in detail and is extremely knowledge. The rehab was a huge success and without him I would of struggled.

Highly recommend him and the team to anyone.

Fantastic service, clear consice injury description, answered all questions I would have had and gave a pathway moving forward.

Very professional. Went in with a shoulder problem, was diagnosed in the initial consultation and an estimate of the timeframe for recovery. I'm usually sceptical with these things but was told around 6 weeks. The progress so far (4 weeks in) has been amazing. I can now function fully again without noticeable pain and just building the strength back up to go. Would definitely recommend.

Cannot recommend Kinetic sport enough. Very friendly and approachable. All explanations came with diagrams and visuals to help understand the issues. Then there is a plan of action in place to get back to previous fitness levels.

I will review again once treatment is complete. So far so good. Knee joint issue caused by tight hamstring. Deep massage painful at times but soothing also. Twenty minutes of thirty minute session was massage, manipulation etc. Then review exercises and demonstration and observation of new exercise. This is my second appointment, early days. Location is safe, Sunil is excellent.

I had been suffering with hip pain for years before finally deciding enough is enough and to get it sorted. Sunny was able to identify the problem very quickly and has been treating me for the last couple of months. He always makes me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the treatment. He clearly explains the exercises for me to do at home and is happy for me to contact him with any questions. The booking process is so easy and prices are very reasonable. My hip pain is reducing week by week. I only wish that I had came to Sunny a long time ago! would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for physio.

I can highly recommend Kineticsp, Sunny has been treating my injury the past few weeks and his professionalism and knowledge are very reassuring, I am well and truly on the mend thanks to him. Prices are also very reasonable.
