Good hosting. Host my vds's for almost a year w/o downtime. Responsive support, do not ask redundant questions and just solve problems

I recently purchased a VPS (bKVM 1024) from King Servers because their website explicitly advertises a "1 Gbps Port." However, after setup, my speeds were capped at 97 Mbps.
When I contacted support, the agent (Maxim) informed me that 100 Mbps is their "standard speed" and that if I actually want the 1 Gbps port advertised on their site, I have to pay an additional $150 fee. This is classic bait-and-switch advertising. You cannot list a feature as included and then demand a massive surcharge to actually enable it.
Furthermore, the network quality is poor, with download jitter spiking over 300ms, making the server nearly unusable for simple tasks like uploading a website. When I asked for the service I paid for, I was simply told to pay more.
Avoid this provider if you need the network speeds they promise on their sales page. I have requested a refund and will be moving my business elsewhere.

Don't let the cheap prices fool you, king servers are above average for the cost. It's budget hosting, but the support is top tier.

King Servers provides decent hosting services with fast and reliable performance. However, their support is lacking as they don't respond on holidays and weekends. I experienced a frustrating data loss with minimal help and communication from support. Despite this, their pricing is reasonable, and the overall functionality is satisfactory. It's a suitable option if service interruptions are acceptable.

Of all the hosting companies we have worked with, this turned out to be the best option. Fast, powerful, when there were questions, I contacted those.support that resolves all issues promptly. I heartily recommend it!

Terrible hosting, they put not a full-fledged OC, and still do not return funds during the refusal of VPS. I do not recommend, support does not really answer anything.

Ich habe den Provider king-servers.com ausprobiert, aber meine Erfahrung war äußerst enttäuschend. Das web panel funktionierte extrem schlecht und ich hatte Schwierigkeiten, meine Anwendungen zu hosten. Es gab auch ständig Probleme mit den Server, was zu starker Latenz führte.

Ich habe versucht, das Problem mit dem Kundensupport zu besprechen, aber sie waren alles andere als hilfreich. Ich habe mein Anliegen mindestens zweimal erklärt, aber sie schienen nicht daran interessiert zu sein, mir zu helfen. Sie weigerten sich sogar, mir eine Rückerstattung zu geben, obwohl ich den Server nur 2 Tage hatte.

Es ist klar, dass dieser Server Provider nur an Geld interessiert ist und nicht an der Zufriedenheit seiner Kunden. Sie bieten keinen guten Service und ihre Produkte funktionieren nicht richtig. Es ist einfach nicht akzeptabel, dass Kunden Geld für einen Service ausgeben, der nicht richtig funktioniert, und dann auch noch Probleme mit dem Kundensupport haben, der anscheinend nichts versteht.

Ich würde niemandem empfehlen, diesen Server Provider zu nutzen. Es gibt bessere Optionen auf dem Markt, die einen zuverlässigeren Service und einen besseren Kundensupport bieten. Vermeiden Sie diesen Server Provider, es ist eine Geldverschwendung. Tut mir leid es hier mitzuteilen, aber leider bin ich immernoch zuteil sehr aufgebracht, da es für mich eine reine Geldverschwendung war.

The server rack lost power, and such events are not even reported. The server did not work for 14 hours, the losses were not reimbursed. I asked technical support to comment on this incident, they answered with template messages. I also observed an increased temperature at the equipment (15 degrees Celsius above the norm), with which no one did anything either. A week later, the incident happened again. Technical support ignored my request for 10 hours, a second request was written, and only then they admitted that there really was a power loss and they are solving it. After 6 hours, according to them, the power was restored, but the server was not available on the network due to incorrect loading after a failure, to which I was told that they would "look tomorrow", and this was after 16 hours of downtime. Oh yeah, IPMI/VNC also doesnt work so you can do it yourself.

Support does not respond on holidays and weekends.
The data of one of my servers was completely lost due to the fault of the provider without explanation, apologies and compensation. Support answers once a day. After data loss, a two-month-old backup was restored. They answered that they are not obliged to restore the lost data and even this restoration is a "goodwill gesture"

King Servers have been with me side by side for many years. More than once the host has not let me down, the ping is excellent, the site works half a turn. The rates are different, you can choose according to your needs. I rate the host at 5 plus

I ordered and paid for a dedicated server with a GPU from KingServers, but I had found a better option elsewhere before the server was provisioned. I requested to cancel the server and they issued a refund to me the next business day, no questions asked. Great customer service.
