It was a great experience. Super good service, fast time response .
We had to change the stroller and quickly replaced, we also had to adjust the days of reservation and they were flexible on it.

Kingdom strollers were wonderful. They delivered the stroller and it was just as described. The delivery and pick up were smooth and with clear communication. We will certainly use them again.

Despite my flight being slightly delayed getting to our resort, KS pushed back my drop off window and made it so easy. They also were able to accommodate a slightly early pickup when our flight home got cancelled and we extended our stay. Would’ve definitely kept the stroller the extra 2 days but they were fully booked (understandably)! Will definitely use KS again.

Stroller was delivered on time to my hotel and left with the concierge. We were able to head to the parks as soon as we checking in with no problem. The rain cover (even though it had some holes) came in extremely handy. The cooler bag also came in handy.

This is a wonderful service! The strollers are great. Very easy and efficient to schedule They were a little bit hard to get in touch with day of drop off and dropped off an hour late (we were scheduled for 5-6pm drop off and the stroller arrived at 7pm). But that was the only hiccup. Would definitely use again!

We rented a double stroller for our vacation to Walt Disney World. We did not stay on Disney property but that was no problem they brought the stoller to us and picked it up. The kids were so comfortable the whole time. We will definitely be a return customer in the future!

The customer service provided by Kingdom Strollers was exceptional. We had many changes to our reservation and they worked with us to the best of their ability. My interactions were always positive and professional. We will absolutely use this company again!

We rented a double & single stroller for our Disney trip. One of the best things we did! The strollers were clean, very sturdy and worked great. The cooler that comes with it is ok. Even with ziplocks full of ice in the morning it didn't 1/2 the day. But strollers were great!

Excellent. This is our second time using Kingdom Strollers, we never hesitate to use this service every time we return to Disney. The service is efficient, punctual, practical. The strollers are in excellent condition, the raincover and the cooler bag are very useful. We had to return the stroller to another location due to Hurricane Ian and Derrick took care of that in no time. As always, we will choose them again on our next trip.

Having it dropped off and picked up was very easy and convenient. Communication response time was quick. The stroller I wanted wasn't available but the one I got was decent. My husband had to find a screwdriver to fix the snack tray that started falling apart during use and the handle bar was a bit tacky feeling but nothing that was too bad. I would rent again but definitely need the bigger stroller because my daughter is very tall for her age.

We have used Kingdom Strollers for our last two Disney World vacations and I will continue to use them/recommend them in the future! Our experience has been above and beyond. They are prompt with their pick up and delivery times, easy to book, and flexible with changes. Our most recent experience was during Hurricane Ian and I couldn’t have asked for a better customer service experience!
