Very unprofessional Company, with poor communication skills.
We asked for a reservation for our Company event. As a this is going to be a company event, I asked them for their Payment terms, if it is possible for them to provide a Company Invoice where we will settle the Payables via Bank Transfer or get an Invoice with our Company name if we settle the bills on-site.
After a day, they responded that the options are possible, but they will raise the Consumable amount to almost double because as they mentioned "It is with INCREASED EFFORT" to provide the Company Invoice (Which by the way you can easily get from any Restaurants, even other Karaoke Bars in Vienna).
to cut the story, I asked for them to keep the conversation professional and that we as a company are ok with the Normal invoice since it will take "lots of effort", we will just pay on-site and get the normal invoice.
