They told me that money would be in my account by today , but now it's pushed to Monday or Tuesday. I needed the money for food and gas. Also I am not able to attend a funeral in Milwaukee on Saturday. Because of the money that bring put into my account.
I'm very disappointed in the service.
I will call them in the morning. I will talk to another manager in the morning. Hopefully they can transfer the money, but am not holding my breath.
Just as I thought nobody even called and money is still not in my account.

I applied for the loan on a Wednesday and never received the loan after a week of waiting. I called and canceled the loan

I made an agreement to pay off loan , which I did. But got a charge for $449 which wasn’t authorized. I have been calling for over a week, sent the screen shot of my withdrawal from the bank and keep getting excuses. Very crappy customer service. My bank is considering this as fraud. I just want my unauthorized payment returned or my
Bank will report this as fraud. Very disappointed. KOK should take care of customers. Not give them the runaround. Going to report this company as unworthy.

Never received funds.. after 6 days I told them cancel it! What’s the point of waiting days if your need is emergent???

They wouldn’t update my checking account to fund my loan

The initial application was inefficient and confusing, and the company website is ineffective for managing your account. The company does not honor the payment agreement, determine payments in a sensible and reasonable way, and they do not apply payments consistently to the loan balance. Customer service agents are unable to understand the account information and provide clear, accurate answers to questions or explain what is going on with your acocunt.

Kash King is a scam and they are thieves.
They overcharged me. The customer service is rude and Tacky. All I can say is don't do business with them. I am going to report them to the BB.

Nasayah and Sierra were wonderful and helpful. In working with Nasayah, she admitted after I inquired that she had only been doing this for a week. I told her she is very good and I would not have guessed a week, but after speaking with Sierra, her trainer, I better understood why Nasayah was so well-spoken. Kudos to both of them for explaining and facilitating everything so well. They should together train others on proper customer service decorum.
