Besten Coaches die es gibt.!
Ich war jetzt fast 2 Jahre im Coaching unter Lois und habe auch das Zertifikat erfolgreich gemacht.
Ich hab vor dem Coaching schon viel Sport u calisthenics betrieben mit der Meinung ich mach alles richtig und kann fast alles. Ab dem Zeitpunkt vom Mobilitytest war ich schon total überrascht wie unerfahren ich eig noch bin. Dannach gemerkt mach deutlich viel Fehler in Ausführung usw... ich hab dann soviel neu gelernt und endlich mal ein extrem eigenes Körpergefühl entdeckt wie man sich bewegen muss u kann! Ob Theorie oder Praxis. Trotz Schichtarbeit und 2 Kinder u hausbau hab ich stetig Progression gemacht u mich stetig verbessert. Soviel neue Übungen kennen gelernt, welche ich noch nie davon gehört habe. Es hat immer Spaß gemacht u vorallem endlich schmerzfrei trainieren zu können.!!! Aus den Monaten kann ich mir jetzt selber meine Pläne schreiben u Feedback über meine eigene Ausführungen geben u mich somit besser steigern. Ich bin euch bzw Lois so dankbar für alles. Ich kanns nur jeden empfehlen dem sein Körper wichtig ist und sich steigern will.

Auch wenns mal schlechter lief hat sich der Coach hingesetzt neue Woche aufgesetzt, angepasst immer sofort geantwortet und vorallem einen immer motiviert. Aber auch angepusht dass ich mich nicht so anstellen soll xD sowas bewirkt wunder...

I had a really good experience with kow…

I had a really good experience with kow coaching. Really professional and human coaching. Their approach will really optimize your strength movements and learn some efficient programming strategies.
I made good progress during 6 months. I went from 95kg dips to 105kg and 150kg squat to 165kg while improving muscle up technique, chin up and maintaining/ progressing my planche and front lever
I can only recommend it

Technique professor

I’ve just finished my 6 month training with king of weighted and it’s just as their name is stating, they are king of weighted. They are extremely technical and know just exactly what you are doing wrong and show how you should fix it. My strength is up my overall performance is up and especially on how to program my own workout. If you are looking to improve in calisthenics and especially weighted calisthenics, look no further, king weighted is the choice for you.

Top Tier Service

I contacted the "King Of Weighted" 6 months ago, at a time when I was losing motivation and felt like whatever I did in the gym was wrong.

I've been following them on social media for a long time, and I already knew that the quality of their service was top tier, so if I had to be coached, it would only be from them.

I started with Lois as head coach, with the goal of learning the handstand push up and the front lever, but over the months, thanks to his passion and knowledge of the squat bench and deadlift, I fell in love with the world of powerlifting, and switched more to this type of training.

Being followed by them has really been the turning point for my fitness journey.
During this experience I never stopped learning new things.

Totally recommended not only for Calisthenics/Streetlifting athletes, but also for those who wants to learn the best possible technique, even for the most simple exercise.

An excellent coaching experience from…

An excellent coaching experience from all aspects! Almost a year in the KoW Coaching and I learned so many things about calisthenics strength training rehab and injury prevention that I couldn't imagine. If anybody wants to take his/her training to the next level, they are in the right place for it to happen. Everything was organised, live calls with detailed explanation, coach was there whenever I had a question. Nothing more to add up. Perfect!

Stepped up my game

I've two weeks left of coaching after a six months coaching period, mainly with Lois.

I didn't have any specific goals, my intention was to get better in weighted calisthenics, learn more about training and help with the pain I experience in my shoulders.

Previously, I was suffering from shoulder pain after workouts but now I barely have any issues. They provided me with rehab exercises and corrected my form for shoulder dominant exercises. I couldn't even do dumbbell lateral raises because they were too painful but now I don't have any issues doing them. They also improved my scapula awareness, which had impact on my overall form for many exercises.

I've stepped up my game thanks to these coaches and it was been worth the money. These two guys are highly knowledgeable and pays close attention to details. They newer let you get away with bad form and always provides you with feedback to improve your performance.

I have much more knowledge about training now and I'm also more aware of details, which can make a big impact on your training. I can see my self hiring them again when I hit a plateau or have some new goals I want to achieve.

Finally, they're also nice guys, they take care of you and you feel welcome!

One of the best decisiones Ive ever made

Starting to train with the help of michael and lois has been one of the best decisions I've ever made, frankly. I started with them in February 2022 and I finished in February 2023, so I have been with them for a year now, we have finished two cycles, but I plan to continue with them in a couple of months. I resorted to them due to a big asymmetry between one side of my body and the other during all the exercises (push-ups, funds, pull-ups, etc). Previously I was training for about 1 year but not making much progress due to this problem. I did not know how to train or how to solve the big decompensation that I had. I tried stretching routines for chest, shoulder and traps, I tried band assisted pull ups, unilateral band pull ups to equalize the force between each side and side, I tried doing traps raises because I thought maybe the problem was a lack of strength on one of the two sides, in short, I tried everything to solve my problem, but I really didn't know what I had or what exercises I should do to solve the problem. This led me a little depression and insecurity, since calisthenics is one of the things I enjoy doing the most in life, and not being able to do the exercises properly unconsciously, like everyone else, frustrated me and plunged me into a negative thoughts and victimism. But all this changed when I saw, through instagram, michael's account and I saw one of his videos about imbalances during bar dips. After that, I went through the entire profile and I could see that he knew a lot about calisthenics and the common problems and injuries that occur in this sport. Seeing that my problem had a solution and that there was a person who could help me filled me with enthusiasm and motivation to train hard and finally be able to train like a 'normal' person, without decompensation. So I decided to start with them. We started with a couple of initial evaluation exercises, to find out exactly what my deficiencies and limitations were that caused the problem, as well as some videos of my technique in the different basic exercises (dips and pull-ups) at that time. This way they created a training plan, in which the first months were practically all stretching, mobility, stability and motor coordination exercises so that my body could relearn the correct movement patterns during the exercises. I can say that, at the beginning, I spent almost 3-2 hours 3 times a week only doing stretching, mobility and stability exercises, which at that time were boring, but now I love them, since I feel the muscles are incredibly activated. At first everything went smoothly, but as time went by my motivation was diminishing and there were many times that I wanted to give up but thanks to the help of Michale and Lois and the desire not to want to disappoint them, I stayed disciplined. Then, in the second cycle of 6 months, after having significantly improved the asymmetries, it was more dedicated to gaining strength in the basic exercises and acquiring skills such as the handstand. Today I can say that not only have I greatly improved the problem I had to the point of being almost 100% symmetrical, but I have also managed to gain a lot of strength in the basic exercises and unlock skills like the handstand! . I can now train like a "normal" person. Also, my confidence and self esteem has improved incredibly. My proprioception has also improved tremendously, to the point where I can feel exactly how my entire body is moving during pull-ups, dips, push-ups, etc. Ex: my technique on chin ups is practically perfect and they look and feel amazing.

The True Kings Of Coaching!!

I started KOW coaching 6months ago with 15years of training experience, I wanted some guidance on programming between calisthenics and weight lifting and it was the best decision I’ve made. Starting with assessment and re-basing my form on fundamental lifts to mobility work & recovery between sessions was on point. This is not the mainstream online coaching where you get just a PDF file. Its tailored to you age, experience, work & lifestyle. Not only have I increased my lifts between 150%-170% in a short period of time Ive also learned aloft about programming , muscle adaptations & quality executions. My Coach was Lois throughout my training program and was very supportive & responsive pushing me to my absolute best. Very highly recommended if your serious about training. Stay strong!!

6 months of progress

I just finished my first 6 months of coaching. Not only did I make considerable progress in my static and weighted skills, I learned so much about programming of advanced calisthenics movements, correct execution of exercises and injury prevention!
With a science-based approach, both Micha and Lois really help and care for their athletes. They are very passionate about the sport and weight training in general which made these 6 months a valuable and fun experience!

Professionelles und individuelles Coaching

Das Coaching war professionell. Der Trainingsplan wurde auf Basis der eigenen Ziele erstellt und wöchentlich je nach Bedarf angepasst, z.B. bei Schmerzen, Verspannung, Ungleichgewichten etc.
Ich war bereits trainingserfahren, habe durch das Coaching aber viele Kleinigkeiten entdeckt, die mir so nie aufgefallen sind oder ich nicht selbständig lösen konnte (z.B. Release Pain beim Frontlever wurde nachhaltig gelöst). Für jedes Problem oder Frage hatte Micha eigentlich immer schnell eine Lösung parat. Das Videofeedback zu den Übungen, insbesondere im Live Call ist auch super, da man direkt Fragen stellen kann man sich dadurch wirklich sehr gut betreut fühlt.

Very professional and welcoming, with a wealth of knowledge

Lois was my coach for around 9 months and provided a very professional & rewarding experience to training. I would always look forward to my reviews to see how I could improve and the feedback I would get. I made significant progress with the knowledge and experience gained from these guys. I also appreciated that even when I was sick, I was allowed to recover and it not impact on the duration of the coaching. Highly recccomend.

I've been following the KingofWeighted journey of Micha and his team on social media for quite a bit. I've learned a lot from their content and thought if ever wanted to take my training to the next level I will hit them up to become part of their coaching program.
After shoulder surgery last year I knew it was time for me time to hand over the programming of my training to professional hands. Now, 6 months later, My shoulders are fully stabilized, I'm learning new skills (handstand, handstand push ups) and relearning skills I was I able to do before surgery (muscle up) and I'm getting back in shape faster than I believed I would.
Since my schedule is very irregular every week I love the individual approach of the KoW coaching. Can't wait for the progress of the next 6 months with KoW.

Next Level Coaching

Before i started my training with KoW i didn’t know how to structure my training. I was Always afraid of doing too much or too less or make my pain even worse and loose more gains.
Now I know how to structure my training for my goals, also know how much volume and frequency to plan, learned how to train around pain and still make progress and how to train to get rid of the pain at the same time.

The feedback videos are very detailed and everything is explained in a way that you know exactly what is meant by the coach.
Your training will be updated weekly and is perfectly adapted for your current situation.

You can clearly see these guys putting so much effort and passion into their work.

The best of the best!

I started coaching with Micha around 10 months ago as a beginner to calisthenics. I had no idea how to programme my workouts to reach my goals, or what exercises I needed to introduce. I’m so happy with the strength gains I’ve made so far, the way my physique has developed and how my technique has improved massively.

The feedbacks are so detailed and informative. Everything is broken down and made simple to understand.
Aside from the next level practical training, the knowledge you gain is amazing.
