Ordered software and was awaiting delivery as I had received nothing following the confirmation of my payment. I sent an email to check with the Kingfisher, as I believed I had missed the delivery, and was told the order had been cancelled. No apology offered until my fourth email. Unacceptable experience with curt customer service once prompted.

Wonderfull company. I ordered the above ref No 1099299 (Acer pc) online 17/1/16 Sunday afternoon expecting it on a seven day delivery as i had not paid any extra for sooner delivery. Could not believe it when the postman came knocking on the door with my new pc in his arms on the Monday lunch time 18/1/16. Got it set up and running in 45 minutes. Excellent company to buy off.

Items ordered on 3rd January. Payment taken. Subsequently order was cancelled by Kingsfield but no communication. I had to ring then to receive my refund. I wonder how many people will not receive their refunds because they don't phone in. Refund should've been automatic and communicated cancelled order. Very disappointed!

I was one of many that was suckered in by the falsely advertised MS Office offer. I'm not too bothered about not receiving the product; what I am bothered about is being told on 6th January that I would receive a refund, yet here I am on 16th January still awaiting said refund. The PayPal excuses don't stack up in my case as I (stupidly) paid by debit card. My bank (HSBC) assures me that refunds should take no longer than 3 working days to process. Please can I either have the goods I have paid for or is it too much to ask for someone to actually process my refund?

So mistakes happen, no issues. My order was cancelled but ive still not received a refund.
I wonder how many orders were placed?? 5000 at roughly £20 each, £100,000 sat earning interest or perhaps fiddling conpany cash flow/turn over for future investment??
Paypal dispute opened will await outcome before re-editing review.

Saw via a user review on another website that Kingsfield Computers were offering Microsoft Office 2016 Home & Student for £8.61. While looking at their website also noticed that Microsoft Office 365 Home Premium 32/64-bit with 1 Year Subscription for £8.61. Ordered the Home and Student for my son who is at University and Home Premium for home.
Both orders where cancelled as pricing errors. 1 pricing error I can understand but 2 makes me wonder if the website knows what it is doing. I wonder how many other "pricing errors" it has on its website.

I am astounded to read the earlier reviews and I am glad I didn't see them earlier as they would have influenced me and I most definitely would NOT have bought from Kingsfield computers.
However, I have had a very positive experience from beginning to end. After many months of research I have purchased 3 Laptops at a saving of around £80+ each.
Nitesh has given old school style personal service and I am very happy with my purchases and the considerable savings. I am really sorry to hear others haven't had the same experience, but I am very happy with the laptops and the company.

I ordered Microsoft for Mac on 02 Jan as it was low price on the company website.
Got an email today that the order status has changed and it has been cancelled. Reason - technical error on pricing. It's the same issue that many customers faced.
Response that pricing error is beyond the control of the organisation is simply not acceptable - product was ordered on company website and it's their responsibility to manage and fulfil the order. Any errors and associated impact should be borne by the company.
Really disappointed and will never order again as it's clearly not a company I can trust.

I ordered 3 items from Kingsfield that were low priced. It appears from other reviewers that Kingsfield made a "mistake".
I ordered the student version of Office for under £10 which is cheaper than elsewhere & some reviewers have inferred that purchasers must have known the offer wasn't genuine. From my point of view I have purchased direct from Microsoft a genuine copy of a previous version of Office for £9.99 so to me this offer wasn't out of order.
What annoys me most is that I ordered on Saturday & paid £10 for next day delivery which meant I should have received the items on Tuesday. Picking and packing would have taken place Monday which was obviously when the company realised an error. Money has been taken from my account so effectively a contract has been formed.
I still have not been contacted by the company even by a mass generated "sorry" email.
Amazingly I sent an inquiry email and received an automated response stating that the customer service operative was on holiday until the 10th.
I accept that mistakes happen but this is amateur at best.
All I seem to have been doing this last week or so is requesting refunds from companies that have supplied the wrong goods or failed to deliver at all.
How long will I wait for a refund I wonder? Will I be offered a substantial discount on my other 2 items as an apology?
I don't think I'll hold my breath

I, like many others, recently purchased Microsoft Office Home & Student 2016 from this company. Having seen the price advertised, it was a great offer, significantly lower than anywhere else. However it was pretty obvious that it had been incorrectly priced on the website. It wasn't advertised as a special offer, so it was a case of submit an order and see if it gets honoured or not. These glitches happen all the time with various companies and sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you don't. I understand that the company are not in a position to honour the lower price and accept that. I am sure they have taken steps to ensure it doesn't happen again. I don't agree that people should be submitting negative reviews just because they didn't get a bargain. Just accept it and move on.
