Friendly and helpful
Good communication and explanations. Consultants and booking staff friendly, kind and patient. Sent copies of Will for signing in timescales I was told and all paperwork received at end of process. Good value for money and for small annual fee will offer advice to executors on probate and allow me to make will adjustments during my lifetime.

First Daniel went through everything in…

Power of Attorney Application
Submitted application for Power of Attorney with Dan Axelrod. He was very gentle in approach with my Gran and not "salesy" so a pleasant conversation.
During the appointment he did not pick up on the date of the council tax form being 3 months prior and as such, called and requested I go back in to drop an updated version. I do not live locally so had to do it on a weekend and it was closed so I posted the form through the letterbox.
Fast forward 3 months+ and not heard a squeak regarding the application from anyone so I decided to call and chase up as I assumed it was just going through the motion of being processed.
I am unsure as to what happened but apparently the new council tax form I delivered was not received even though I hand delivered it myself. Kim stated "if it was posted, they log every single piece of post to ensure nothing is missed". Evidently not.
Also very frustrating to know that something as important as Power of Attorney has just sat still for 3-4 months and not been processed. Nobody thought to chase up or say there was an issue and as such, the process hasn't even commenced. Very very frustrating. A call could have avoided all of this. Kim mentioned they use a CRM, this will likely facilitate this.
I will be resubmitting the form via email (apparently more secure) this weekend and hoping we can fast track this. I will update the review score accordingly either negatively or positively depending on completion. So far not great.

I have personally looked into this matter this morning and I can confirm that we hadn`t received your updated Grans Council Tax form until it was emailed today. I have spoken to Daniel and he has confirmed that this document wasn`t presented during the meeting and was brought down at a later date by your cousin. Daniel passed this on to our administration department where they then noticed that it wasn`t the Council tax bill for the current tax year hence us requested a further document.
I understand that you then posted this document through when we were closed. This is something that we have no record of. Having checked the postal logs for both October and November, this document wasn`t received.
I can assure you that we take our feedback extremely serious. I will feedback to the team that a phone call should have been made to chase the document.
I can confirm that we will prioritise this for your Gran to ensure we deliver the service required.
