I recently went for Umrah with Kiswah Tours Hayes, and honestly, I could not have asked for a better experience.
From the very beginning, their customer service was outstanding. Every time I had a question, they responded quickly and explained everything clearly. They were patient, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we felt comfortable and prepared. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them.
A special mention to Usman for his skill and professionalism. He handled everything with great attention to detail and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. His knowledge, organisation, and calm approach gave us real confidence and peace of mind throughout the journey.
The whole process was well organised — from paperwork to flights and accommodation. What really stood out to me was how supportive the team was throughout. It was reassuring to know that if we needed anything, they were just a call away.

We booked our Umrah trip through Kiswa tours limited and Alhamedulilah it was a great trip , I would like to thank Brother Zain our trip advisor who was Amazing from booking our flights to getting transportation that met our needs comfortably . He was always calling and checking if all is good and if we needed anything throughout the trip until we arrived back . A very smooth and easy experience with help of Mohammad usman.Mohammad Usman helped us find the best hotels in Saudi Arabia and short stay inAbu Dhabi. Our 4th time going to umrah and was nice leaving the transport etc to the travel company.throughout the stay our agent was in contact with us to make sure everything is going well. In shaa Allah we will be using them again.

Poor service and extremely disappointing experience.

Kiswah Tours London made serious errors with our airline tickets, causing us significant stress for over three weeks.

Several major mistakes were made, which resulted in my 98-year-old grandmother losing over £500. Staff openly admitted that the errors were entirely their fault, yet they were unwilling to take responsibility or offer any compensation. One staff member even stated that the owner/management was too “stingy” to compensate us — despite it clearly being their mistake.

We were also never informed that all airline tickets are booked through a third party (Akbar Travels). When problems arose due to Kiswah Tours’ own errors, they claimed they could not resolve them promptly because the booking was with another agent. This lack of transparency was never disclosed at the time of booking.

On top of this, we were due to receive £365 back from a cancellation, which was confirmed by Akbar Travels. However, we only received £163. Kiswah Tours took over £270 in cancellation fees and refused to provide any documentation or proof to justify these charges, despite repeated requests.

Please read previous reviews carefully. Staff are initially friendly and helpful, but as soon as something goes wrong, they become very unsupportive and unwilling to help or compensate — even when it is clearly proven that the mistake is theirs.

I would not recommend this company to anyone and strongly advise others to avoid them to prevent unnecessary stress, financial loss, and poor customer service.

I had an excellent experience with Kiswah for my Umrah package. The arrangements were smooth and well managed, and the service was outstanding. Special thanks to Nimra for being very helpful and professional throughout the journey. Highly recommended.

I took umrah services from Kiswah tours ltd . I went with my family from my mother she is on wheelchair to my youngest son who is 1 year old and nobody had any problem we were 11 persons everyone was happy because the service was fabulous they managed everything really well they have professional team who is handling each and everything they schedule your umrah and ziyarats on great time there service provider in Saudi are professional too the drivers are really humble and kind . Everyone was standing with us in this whole tour . And I had no worries when manger like Usama and a spokesperson like Umer was there they listened each and everything too solve your problem and they are sitting in office 24/7 so no one feels alone in Saudi Arabia. They keep an eye on your flights and everything so you don’t miss any thing.
I recommend Kiswah tour ltd 100% .
