Lost the faith....
My items haven’t arrived 2 weeks after ordering. No response to my email requests for updates or phone. Phone contact number on website takes you through to a mobile without a kitroom message so it feels pretty scam to me. Fingers crossed they might be bona fide and I do receive my order. Postal issues aside, customer service should respond at least…ok now updating as I have had a response via trust pilot so have some assurance it will arrive. Watch this space… OK.....no contact and no items. Losing patience

I have checked on your order via Royal Mail and as expected it is still showing as waiting for delivery. As you have indicated in your review, Royal Mail are experiencing significant delays at the moment due to ongoing industrial action and I can only apologise. We are a small family business operating from 10am to 4.30pm and we make every effort to answer our customers calls. I am sorry that we have missed your call. We are certainly not a scam company.
