I ordered three bottles of marinade from this site. Absolutely no tracking number. Called their customer service number. No one ever answers. No deliver time or date. Thank goodness my bank worked with me on this one. Three weeks later, still no more information. DO NOT TRUST.

I would give this "company" ZERO stars if I could. I had the same problem as all of the other reviewers had. Never shipped my order. Don't bother. Save tour time and money!!!

I placed an order of 7 Amish Wedding products on Nov 8, 2025. The order instantaneously went into Shipped status. The order was never filled and never shipped. Received 2 subsequent emails from their customer service id to which on each I replied stating they did not fulfill my order and why would I bother to place another order with them. The order value was never posted to my credit card - so one saving grace as didn't need to deal with that. In my reply to their last email, I included stating the site per its actions would appear to be non-operative and, if so, should be removed from accessibility.

Out of curiosity, I went to the Web site to see what it might display regarding my account. The order I had placed in November wasn't in the Order History at all.

Really disappointed in this company. I have no idea how this website is still active to be honest. I purchased jam on 2/5/2026. It is now 3/2/2026 and it hasn't been shipped out. I've emailed them as well, no communication. The transaction is still showing as pending on paypal which means that it hasn't even been taken by the company. If it is not accepted or canceled by the company by 3/6, I will get my money back. Horrible company, would not recommend

Company is fraudulent. Avoid at all costs! I wish I would have searched reviews before I ordered.

On January 13, 2026, I ordered 7 Amish Wedding products. The company finally created a shipping label on January 26 and shipped on the 28th.

I received the package on February 5, 2026 and only one item had been shipped.

Kitch'n does not answer their phones. I actually received an email response (no return call). They claim they shipped all 7 items and blamed the USPS. They omitted the package weight from the shipping label which would have proven the box did not contain 7 glass jars. Additionally, the box was not big enough to hold all items and it arrived sealed with zero damage.

Kitch'n needs to be shut down before they scam more people. Absolutely 1000000% a fraudulent company. BEWARE!! Stay far away.

They charged me twice on an order. Could not get ahold of customer service to correct the situation

It took almost a month to get the product, and when I did, I was missing a jar of product and a second jar (separate shipment) was broken. I emailed customer service multiple times about the delay in shipping as well as the missing and broken jar....ZERO RESPONSE. I am out two jars out of the 12 I ordered. Terrible sevice...buyer beware.

I ordered 2 9oz jars of Peach/jalapeno jam on Dec 1st 2025. As of Dec 18th it has not arrived, they don't respond to phone calls or emails or messages, of which I have sent 3 of each. I have come to the conclusion that this is a scam and I have been taken advantage of. Please don't waste your time or money on this site.

I ordered six jars of various spreads and wedding peanut butter. I received two jars of bread and butter pickles. So I paid $40 for two jars of pickles. I have emailed them no less than 20 times and have never received a response. I have left voicemails no response. Do not buy from these people they've also been reported to the better Business bureau. They are thieves.

Ordered 8 bottles of salsa . No tracking number. Called to confirm. No one answers the phone. No one calls back. 25 days and 4 emails later still nothing.

I can't give them zero stars. DO NOT BUY. Zero customer service and discovered my order was refunded but I received no communication. Multiple emails unanswered. DO NOT BUY.

I ordered 18 bottles of Joes Tea. I received nine bottles with three broken. The delivery person knew the bottles were broken. The bottles were delivered in a plastic bag with the box falling apart due to the liquid leaking. I have never received the second half of the order. I never received a response to multiple emails and voicemails. I received a review invitation and the website changed my one star review to a five star review. This company is a total fraud. nI wish I had read these reviews prior to placing my order.

Kitch’n sent me the wrong item and never responded to any of my requests to send the items I actually ordered. I will be filing a chargeback with my cc company today. Do not deal with these frauds.

Absolutely disgusting. Canceled order on 8 11 25 after reading reviews and again weeks later when card was charged. Order arrived 8 30 25. Pies were COVERED IN MOLD. Do not use this company!!!!!!

Just don’t purchase here. As others have said, they’re taking money and sending nothing. Kitch’n had the nerve this weekend to send an email saying they missed my business. Ya haven’t delivered the first order and don’t seem to for anyone. I’d called and written several times to only be ignored. Fortunately, my credit card company refunded me in just a few days.

My order was delivered damaged. The bottles were all empty or partially empty, as soda had leaked out everywhere. I contacted the company, provided a picture of damage and requested a refund. That was 2 weeks ago and I have had no response. I will have my bank reverse the charges, but buyer beware!!

Not even worth one star. Placed an order May 24, still haven't received it. After Multiple messages, emails, phone calls with no response, I contacted BBB and they haven't responded to them either. I hope they take the crooks down. Stealing from people is just ridiculous and that is exactly what this business does. Charges you and you never get your order, I hope someone shuts this place down and give them jail time

UPDATE to earlier review:

The website appears to be up again. I did additional research on Google Maps. The address on the website is the US Post Office in Easton PA and I would assume that the "Unit" number they include in their address is not an actual physical space but just a mailbox.

Been 3 weeks, no reply to emails or phone calls. Terrible service. Not sure if they will ever send the product

What, no 0 Star option? Horrific experience. Ordered on 6/9, arrived 7/9 after multiple shipping delays. Box was heavily damaged and wet! 9 bottles in too small of a box with too little protective packaging. No response to my email. BEWARE!
