I purchased glasses from Kits and wanted to return them (only because I didn't like how they looked on me). I was worried that I wouldn't be able to return them as they were prescription lenses and the frames were on sale when I purchased them. However, the Kits team processed the return without question. The customer service offered by the Kits team exceeded all my expectations - they were prompt in their responses, apologetic (even though they had nothing to apologize for!), and made the return/exchange process seamless. 10/10 - I will recommend Kits to everyone!

Tried buying glasses online for the first time using a fresh prescription after 10+ years since my last eye check. I have worn glasses for about 25 years and have only owned 5 pairs total prior to my order. I uploaded my prescription to ensure accuracy.

The glasses were very well priced. They are Kits branded and was bought using a "buy 1 get 1 free" for in house branded frames.

The glasses received (2 pair) do feel like the cheapest and lowest quality glasses I have ever worn.

I tried progressive lenses for the first time and I find it a struggle to see things from a distance as the alignment needed seems precise. Even a license plate from across the street is unclear when looking straight ahead.

Walking along I often look where I step which makes my vision go blurry since the lower half of the lens is meant for up close reading.

I have more complaints. Bottom line is that I prefer an in store experience despite costing more. Having a person on hand to ensure a proper fit with proper lenses while informing and guiding as needed helps to ensure I receive something that satisfies my needs. I assume that's why I was able to get by with only 5 pairs over 25 years.

I'm certainly not satisfied. A fresh headache while wearing these glasses ensure I remember that. Returns are useless as policy states they only refund frames to which these are cheap low priced frames purchased during a buy 1 get 1 free sale. It's not likely that I will return to kits.

Wow kits is another level shopping experience ! I was fortunate enough to spend a month in Kitsilano , and had to go to this famous optical place !Locally owned and operated , Great selection of glasses , very friendly knowledgable staff , and start the car 🚗 prices ! I’ll never by my glasses anywhere else . Oh and the in store coffee shop is an added bonus !

Very disappointed in my glasses. Been on the phone to return them for at least 20 minutes and had to hang out. Not very happy right now

I have never experienced the level of superior service than I did with this company! Within hours of ordering, I received an email confirming not only was my order received but would be shipping out shortly. I received it within a couple of days. They were exactly what I wanted. I purchased a pair of glasses I paid part through my insurance and some of my own money and these glasses were no longer available so kits refunded my money and then told me they would give the money back to my insurance which they still have not. I have been waiting since January and they keep saying it's going to be done. DO NOT USE YOUR INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER....

I ordered 4 pairs of prescription glasses which arrived in the UK within a week and only paid $129 Canadian dollars (about £70)

For that kind of money, you’d be excused for thinking that the quality may be lacking, however it couldn’t be further from the truth. There are lots of lovely little details included and all fit very well.

I’m going to end up with at least 10 pairs at this rate!

I order from KITS every 2-3 years to replace my glasses with a new prescription and am blown by how much they improve each time. On my latest order, the glasses I received didn’t fit my head quite right and the customer service was amazing.
1) They gave me the option to keep or donate my glasses to reduce hassle and waste
2) Replaced my frames with new ones that fit me better
3) Customer service rep was so kind and thorough with communication, even giving me tips on how I can make my glasses fit better by soaking in warm water and adjusting the arms
4) Shipping was so fast and convenient
It was exceptional service through and through and the reason why I continue to shop with Kits. I’ve even gotten my family and friends to order because it is just that good.

I had a problem with the assigned courier's handling of my package so I emailed Kits customer service about it. They responded pretty quick and was very apologetic and open to fix the issue. In less than 12 hours, they were able to find a solution so I would be able to receive the contacts in time. Would definitely order from them again. I initially shopped for their prices, but I'll continue shopping because of their customer service :).

I bought a pair of glasses with the “buy 1, get the 2nd free” offer. One of them was a bit small for my face, so I called customer support. They let me choose a replacement at no extra cost, including shipping! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Truly an amazing Canadian company!

I have ordered several pairs of glasses from Kits over the years and they have never let me down. It's sad the Ontario government can't provide the disabled with better options but where they fail Kits actually succeeds. As someone who is generally for public over private that is a lot for me to say.

One time a frame had a tiny air bubble & they immediately offered to ship out a replacement. Another time I loved the style of the frames but they looked bad on me and again, they replaced them immediately.

I get sooo many compliments for my glasses, I can't recomment Kits enough. All my friends shop there too now.
