Kitty and her team have been phenomenal, professional and efficient in understanding, sourcing and securing a property that suits our tastes. She was able to find a property in less than 4 weeks, something that if I were to do alone, would have taken me 6 months or more. Most importantly and reassuringly, she finds and appraises a property worth its value and not over priced. This experience is why I would highly recommend her to anyone else looking for a buyer's agent.

Buying property in Sydney can be traumatic. Buying in Sydney when living elsewhere, even more so. Then add into the mix a pandemic and the most outrageous rate of change for housing prices in living memory. Luckily it was all too much for us and we decided to look for help. We found Kitty.

It was a long protracted process, with a number of failed purchase attempts along the way (the market was and still remains, just crazy). Throughout many months, Kitty and her team managed to feed us a steady diet of worthwhile properties to consider, regular market updates and a steady flow of pictures and videos of candidate properties to peruse. Kitty's positivity and energy levels remained high throughout and she never pressured us into buying despite the considerable duration of the process (to the contrary, she regularly counselled us to not fall into the vast FOMO abyss which these recent bizarre market conditions created).

Though we were beginning to think it would never happen, we finally found a wonderful home and with thanks to Kitty's advice, successfully purchased at a price which was well below what we thought the market could support.
