I received the wrong item in my order, which i hadn't opened and checked as it was for a birthday and I've never had any issues with orders in the past.
I emailed and sent a picture of the incorrect item late in the evening. I was contacted the following morning by Emily who arranged for the correct item to be mailed to me, and gave instructions on how to return the incorrect one. The next morning , the correct item arrived!
Fabulous service by Emily, no quibble about the fact I was outwith the returns period either. Have bought from the company previously and would not hesitate to do so again based on the excellent service received by Emily

Girls at Kiwi&co go out of their way to try get exactly what you want. Ive never needed or wanted to send anything back I've literally loved everything. Their knits are handmade and perfect for any collection. I’m in love with Kiwi & Co — every piece I’ve bought has been stunning! The cardis and jumpers especially are so cute and comfy. They really do look exactly like the pics, and the quality is genuinely great. Most pieces are one-size and fit beautifully on sizes roughly 6 to 16 — I’m constantly recommending them to friends!

I always get so many compliments when I wear mine, and they make the most perfect gifts. I gave my bestie a cardi and she actually cried when she opened it — they’re that special. 🥹💗

the clothes are such high quality, I cannot stop ordering is my only complaint. The customer service is top tier. I get so many compliments when I wear this brand and honestly, could not recommend enough. Sizing is true to size from my experience and the items wash and dry so well!

I ordered a couple of items form this company and unfortunately one of them didn’t arrive and got stuck at the evri depot. The team at kiwi and co especially Emily have been absolutely amazing! Even when we had a few other problems due to a small miss communication on my part. They have happily communicated throughout and worked hard to resolve the problem. And the items Iv received are STUNNING!

My experience with Kiwi & Co has been very positive. My only reservation was that my order took a little longer than I expected to arrive.
I contacted customer service and had an immediate and helpful response from Emily. I received my cardigan shortly afterwards and I love it. The quality and style is true to the images online. I would happily recommend based on my experience.

I bought one of the beautiful cardigans from Kiwi and co. The quality is perfect and so soft and I've found it to be so cosy and warm. The sizing is perfect. The shipping is very quick even to Ireland!

I am obsessed and will definitely be purchasing more in the near future and look forward to new colourways of the cardigans!

the quality of the stuff i ordered is amazing the jumper i ordered is perfect size fits amazingly the softness is really good its amazing. the 2 dresses i ordered where amazing they fit so well i sized down and usually i dont fit into them but they fit me so we’ll definitely recommend. came within a few days would definitely order again.
