I used JKD Law for my house convyancing as I was told they had a great working relationship with my estate agent. I found their fees competative and it was very easy to work with them remotely which, for me, was a great advantage.
I give a particular shout out to Leigh Rothwell who was always quick in reply to my questions and particularly helpful with a last minute hitch (a question from the buyers solicitor I may add) that could have caused a hold up on completion day. Leigh helped resolve the issue quickly.
I was pleased with the service I received and would not hesitate to use KJD Law again.

We had a few hiccups along the way to selling our home...but Melissa was awesome! Such a friendly helpful voice at the other end of the phone was so reassuring. Top marks to both Melissa and KJD Law.

KJD law facilitated the sale of our dad’s house after he passed away. We were kept fully informed at all stages and any questions or queries were answered quickly. The online tracker tool was useful to see which stage the sale was at and how many more stages needed to be completed. Particular thanks goes to Leigh who was our point of contact. He responded promptly and always answered his phone when we called. The quote was accurate with no hidden fees. Would highly recommend using this firm for anyone seeking a conveyancer.

Worked with KJD, Tiegan specifically, for a house purchase from September 2025-June 2026. This time frame is absolutely no fault of KJD - there were 3 houses in that, 1 fell through completion week, 1 we pulled out of and our final forever home! Cannot fault the efforts put in by Tiegan to keep things moving throughout. Very clear expectations, time frames and processes. Everything was explained to us thoroughly and when information was available to give, it was straight to our inbox. Nothing felt like a silly question as first time buyers and if Tiegan was ever not available and someone else could help, they would. Very grateful for the support we received and the process running as smoothly as it could!

The selling of our property was a drawn out process as can be the case which included on buyer pulling out at the last moment. We then started a second round and we became a bit frustrated with the solicitor dealing with this as a few mistakes were made. However, after raising the concern we were allocated Abbie O'Toole who was great and managed to get everything over the line.

KJD law have restored my faith in solicitors! My previous experience with several different companies had not been good. KJD dealt with the sale of our existing home and purchase of a new one. We were in the middle of a chain of six and unfortunately our buyers solicitor was incredibly unhelpful. The person handling our case was what I can only describe as incredible! She went way beyond what could reasonably be expected in order to get our move completed. She remained cheerful and communicative during times when the process was stalling and I was getting very frustrated.
