Fantastic experience at the clinic. The staff are amazing, very knowledgeable and put you at ease before procedures and any concerns / questions are answered. The clinic itself is lovely and relaxing. I will be re-attending and highly recommend to others .

First, I would like to applaud Dr Rosh for offering free consultations, others were charging £250. Klnik is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes, credit given to the architect who designed the building.

On the day of the treatment, I was greeted warmly and offered something to drink. Klnik is private and modern. The treatment room was spacious, clean with ambient music and filled with refreshing scent.

Gul, who was conducting my treatment displayed a mastery of customer service. Her in depth knowledge about the products and treatment put my mind at ease as I was a-little nervous. At different stages of the treatment, Gul explained what she was doing and the purpose behind it. She was consistent in asking if I was ok and if I had any questions, it is evident that Klink’s vision and core values are to exceed client satisfaction.

Overall, if you want good value for money (they are cheaper than anywhere else I have looked) and not have to compromise on the executive level of service and treatment, then this is the place to go.

Amazing clinic! From the moment I walked in I knew I was in good hands. Very calm atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Debbie was extremely friendly & professional and looked after my needs from start to finish. Painless procedure and fantastic results!

Dr Rosh is so down to earth who genuinely cares about you and your health. He will only advise on natural enhancements and takes his time with you. From the first message he took his time to reply all the way through to the customer care from himself and his staff. His assistant Gul was very helpful and kind. Klnik is a really welcoming and friendly environment. Staff are knowledgeable and make you feel at ease. There is never any pressure to buy either which is refreshing! I believe the staff genuinely want you to invest in yourself and try to be best version of you. I have regular b 12 injections and have had vitamin iv's once too. Highly recommend.
