Fals advertising. Manager not receptiv to corecting the situation. Stupid and shorth sightet decission. If I have a choice I buy somewhere els and let everybody know about my encounter with your manager in Prince George. KMS lost about $ 2500- dollar in sale from my company alone over a dispute of 25- Dollar. Not the way I run my company.

The guys at KMS are very helpful and friendly, it’s an Aladdin’s cave of man toys, I’ve bought everything there from a lathe to turning tools to power tools and always get great deals and excellent customer service! I go there almost every week, not always to buy something but just to window shop and get inspiration for my next purchase!

Love the store but their point of sale system is terrible. It often takes 15 minutes to check out when it would take 1 minute somewhere else. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for that.
