I ordered a wardrobe from this website, the delivery charge was already high at around £80, but I decided to go for it anyway as it was what I had been looking for, but I then had another email days later after the order was already confirmed to say that there would be an additional £250 fee for delivery as they didn’t deliver to my area. I understand the need to charge extra if they need to use a different courier (although £300+ does seem rather steep), but surely this should have been picked up on point of sale, when entering my address details, to save the shock and also the time wasting as I would never have gone ahead with the order had I known about the £300+ delivery charge! I now have to find another wardrobe and wait for my refund to be processed to be able to order it. Not only this, but when I responded to their email to say I wanted to cancel my order, the customer service advisor responding to me was extremely rude, blunt and sarcastic which actually made me glad of the extra charge and having to cancel my order, as I don’t want to support businesses like this that clearly don't have common courtesy or manners when talking to customers - they did not address my name, state theirs, apologise for the inconvenience and I also had to ask multiple times for confirmation of cancellation. Safe to say I will never order from this website in the future.

Just finding out that the order I created a couple fo days ago to be delivered today hasn't even been placed. I paid £5 for Royal Mail now they state it is yodel. I am doomed. Never ever again. They only confirmed my order once I complained that the order hadn't arrived today, Then rather than talking to me they have just sent me the order confirmation. 2 days after I placed the order. Shabby. Stay clear

I ordered 3 items, one is still missing, maybe it's on the way. Delivery was super fast, UK to Finland just tooked one week. Products was just as described.

Ordered a footstool with this company and as others stated, money debited from my account, order confirmation received, shop app confirmation and tracking, but no goods. Emailed the company on 4 separate occasions trying to chase up the order with no response. I ordered in July and have had NOTHING. A complete scam. I lost £300. Don't make the same mistake as I did.

Easy to order and pillow arrived safely in good condition,we are very pleased with it,and it has helped my husband to sleep more comfortably

Decent customer service. Although the transaction I made was a few years ago from time of posting this review - I was trying to upgrade to a larger pillow, but the product I ordered was the same as the one I was going to replace. I knew I could source this product at a fraction of the cost to what I paid, so Kneepillow matched the price and refunded the difference to me.

Product received as expected on time quality ok

Really difficult to return items and emails to their customer support were ignored. Had to chase three times to get a response. They only publish the good reviews on their site so I wouldn't trust them.

Never received my product, customer service dealing with the matter were completely useless.

It's been a while since I ordered from this company, despite that, I had a fairly good experience.. I ordered a full length pillow for my wife who at the time was suffering from cramps in the lower half of her abdomen. The courier used sent a photo of a random door and said it was delivered. I contacted kneepillow and explained, giving the evidence to what I received by the courier. They sorted another delivery at no extra cost and it was sent special delivery. Excellent product and customer service was top notch! Thank you

Love my knee pillow it has helped relieve pressure on my knee when Im in bed and has helped me sleep much better

Tried to return an item which was received in a colour I did not order and had absolutely no response from customer service. Also tried calling a number listed on the website and was told it was no longer in service. Eventually had to go via section 75 to receive my refund. Awful awful company. DO NOT USE

Ordered 4 of a certain item which showed available online. They sent 4 items that were not what I ordered and cheaper. They did refund me when contacted and kindly allowed me to keep the products sent in error.
