I bought my first 3 pairs of Knix period underwear in store at the beginning of May & wasn't happy with the style of one of them, so I inquired about an online return. The customer support was very quick & helpful, they let me do a full return/exchange online & even told me to just keep the pair I wasnt entirely happy with. It was like getting a free pair, so I will definitely be buying more from them in the future.

Package not received
I ordered from knix and received a notification saying my package had been delivered. When I went to retrieve it from my porch, no package was there. I contacted knix to see if they could locate its whereabouts, and quickly received a response from Shamita that it had been delivered, and confirmed my shipping address. When I mentioned to Shamita I did not receive it, and someone had been home all day to answer the door, she apologized and quickly offered the option of a refund or a store credit.
I have been shopping with Knix for years, and this was the first time something like this happened. I truly appreciated their quick responses + their solution for the issue above. They went above and beyond, and I will definitely continue ordering from them.

Replacement Pair
TLDR: One pair our of Five had a seam start to come apart. I reached out and Shamita helped me replace the defected item without any issues.
I ordered my first pair of Knix products last year to see if the size and quality would work. They do fit well, and they work well for my needs so I ordered another four.
Up to this point they were fine, until I noticed a seam coming undone on one pair and reached out to customer service, specifically asking if that is something that can be mended or needed to be replaced.
Shamita, with customer service was diligent and fast: only asking for photo confirmation of the defect and the lot number. Super easy.
I was offered a refund or store credit for a replacement pair (or anything in that price range) along with free shipping. All the codes worked and I have a replacement pair on the way.
My experience for my troubles was easy. Thanks again!

The rerun and exchange policy is great too and online experience has been great.

There is nothing like Knix customer support! Making it right for their customers should be their slogan! I recently had an issue with the revolution busty
bra which is one of my favorite bras ever. Comfortable, great support, breathable, and beautiful designs and colors. The clasp on the bra came out and I could not use the bra after just a few weeks of purchase. I reached out to Knix customer service and Shamita was in charge of my case and she is AMAZING! She understood my situation and she sent me a replacement right away. After wearing the replacement same issue with the clamp happened to the replacement. I contacted Shamita again and she offered to replace it with another product which I appreciated so much. Now thats great service. I am a fan of knix product for years, I love the quality and feel of their bras and undies. I never had issues with my other knix bras and undies.. I am thankful for the help I got. Thank you Shamita!!!
Great Service & Product & Size Comment
My first order was for a number of L sized boxer briefs, and while the feel and wear are great, they became a tad small after shrinking in the wash (so maybe consider going up a size). I’m a 34-35” waist so I likely guessed wrong.
Just today, I (thought) I reordered 7 pair in the XL 5” boxer briefs, but somehow the order switched it to S (small). After noticing it, I immediately sent them an email asking to change or cancel the order. Within ninety minutes or less they replied, saying they couldn’t change the order, so as per my instructions they cancelled it, and advised me I could then simply reorder (which I did). Great service response, supported by a very decent product that keeps those pesky dribbles private. Excellent. Highly recommend. 👍👍👍

I tried Knix underwear and fell in love a while back. They replaced Victoria's Secret.
The fit and quality is awesome & I won't wear any other leak proof underwear, I'm a lifetime customer.

This is a great place to make young girls feel comfortable to swim and an amazing company. Also their costumer service is excellent. A shout out to Shamita she is the nicest person and a great helper for costumer service recommend this bathing suit company!!
SuperPlus Leakproof is just that! <3
I've tried other brands and leaked everywhere. I'm a plus size girly with a heavy flow. The SuperPlus Leakproof (I get the high rise... this is the one where the pad goes all the way up the front and the back)... ladies I can sleep on brand new hotel sheets all night and never leak a drop. It's honestly miraculous. (I only wish it was more organic/cotton, which I try to wear on lighter days, but these pairs have been a GODSEND PEOPLE.)
Products are fine, but horrible AI "customer service"
Products are great, but customer service is horrific. There are no humans. Live chat is AI (and not even a good one), and if you ask for a human agent it asks for your email address and then says "no agents available, we'll email you". The AI then sends an email saying a human will reply soon, but they never do. If you attempt to contact them via email, AI responds saying someone will get back to you, but again, they never do. There is a phone number (hard to find), but if you choose the Customer option, they say there is no one available, and you should hang up and use chat or email. Incredibly frustrating. I've been buying Knix for years, but no longer will as it's impossible to get sizing help, or customer service help when they screw up an order.
