The boots were lovely. They were NOT the size advertised and I ha to pay more than 35% of the original cost in returning to the company. They have been asked 3 times to refund this cost, have promised to refund half of it, but even after 2 weeks there is no sign of postage refund in my account. I waited this long before giving this review.

Disappointed with how often there seems to be added extras to pay for. I thought it was going to be a simple help with planning meals & losing weight etc, but they just keep asking for more money! (As far as I can see anyway!)

I had a small problem as I didn't receive an email to tell me my order had been received or dispatched, other than that the response was quick and polite and I have just received my items and I love them 😁😁😁😁

Boots are perfect, strong stiches and good looking - and warm.

I received my boots today to find them ripped, very disappointing.

Really disappointed in the sizing. I'm an EU 41 and I ordered your boots in a UK8/ EU41 but they are too short. So I measured several of my other shoes against the boots, sole to sole, and the boots are noticeably shorter - and that's before taking into account that the boots are fur lined. I'll be sending them back. Because of the fur lining I don't even feel confident about re-ordering a size bigger.

Easy ordering and they arrived within a week of ordering

Ordered 10 days ago and not even been dispatched yet. Sent 2 emails and a Facebook message asking for an update and had nothing at all back . Can't review the boots but can say dispatch time is slow and customer service terrible.
