This company is a absolute joke! It’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received my order. Every time I reach out I get the run around and how it will be shipped out in the next couple days and how they are unable to refund my order due to it being in the middle of processing which is a lie because we all know as consumers when something interferes with a company getting our money cancellations are a click away. That I should go through the post office and refuse the order and once the post office ships it back they can refund me. Well how the hell am I supposed to do any of this if they haven’t shipped it?Now the new excuse is CDC guidelines. I completely understand guidelines but based on other reviews this is the norm with this company and since dealing with them and the more agitated I become in my emails this is the first time they’ve brought up the CDC. I truly regret not looking up reviews before purchasing from them. So if your considering purchasing from this company DONT! If your tired of emailing and complaining about your order DONT BE! don’t allow this company to neglect you as a consumer and run off with your money.
Stopped working after a few weeks
I ordered the earbuds and they stopped working after a few weeks. I can not get a refund or a replacement because it is outside of their only 30 day return policy but no warranty at all.
The buds also did not respond to touch so I had to manually pause/play. And the volume was not the same on the two buds.
At your own peril
I was bamboozled by all the youtube review videos that mentioned that knockies was reliable. I have received 3 small refunds every time I have requested the shipping information. This is week 3 and I still haven't received tracking information, only false promises. I requested a refund but I have a feeling that I am about to be ghosted. Guess you have to be a youtuber to have good experience with them.
Bought KP Pros and still haven’t…
Bought KP Pros and still haven’t shipped out after 2+ weeks. They keep giving be $3 and $4 refunds every time I mention it. Support team member is Desmond btw. I’ve been buying from these guys for a few years now, and this is honestly disappointing.
Avoid, the company isn’t what it used to be.
Order from them in the past with no issues but just ordered my third pair and it’s been over 3 weeks and they have yet to ship my items. They offered me a $3 lousy refund because of the extended delivery time with (COVID) with no update there after. They stopped responding to my emails. I used to think this company was great I’m not sure what happened but I’m greatly disappointed that they are scamming people now.
Faulty after only a few weeks of use
Faulty after only a few weeks of use. No tap function working anymore, have to use phone to stop/start playback. Each earbud shows different charge levels on phone with 20% difference after long charge time. Case seems to be stuck on 4% charge indication. Clicking or chirping during pause. They are cheap and got what i paid for.
So far Knockies are horrible
So far Knockies are horrible. We've had an issue with every head movement they disconnect. Customer support kept me at bay trying this or that, and finally when it's come time to send me a new pair they all but disappeared. Stay away from these.
CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS!
Ordered a pair of earpods from them and the first pair I got worked but the audio was a little scratchy, so I sent them an email and they asked if I wanted a refund or another pair. So I said another pair, this was about 2 years ago and my earpods finally broke (I PUT THEM IN THE WASHING MACHINE (this is the second time I have done this)), about to order a new pair from them.

Avoid this company if you can even call it that! Bought some AirPods online In Feb and chased after 3 weeks to find out they didn’t even post them. I received a $5 reimbursement from them a day later and I’m still waiting for goods? Out of pocket for goods I did not receive and then get sarcastic response from customer service. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Do not waste your time with them.
Knockies Delivered
I was skeptical at first but knockies really pulled through. I ordered the KP1s in matte black after watching some really good YouTube reviews but I saw this trust pilot page and was a little nervous but I gotta say knockies delivered. I live in the toronto area and they were delivered in just over a week by fedex with tracking. Upon delivery I was charged customs (I think it was $22 Canadian) So I reached out to knockies and they responded and refunded me for the custom fees in less than 24 hours. The headphones are decent quality, they aren’t as clear as the real deal but they are great for listening to music and podcasts. They synced with my iPhone 8 no problem. The microphone isn’t the best for making phone calls as it is a little quiet I noticed but for the price I am very happy with what I got.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! WOULD RATE 0 IF I COULD
THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED DEALING WITH. Ordered my earbuds back in March and still have not received them, we are in JULY. Customer service is absolutely shocking, avoid dealing with Desmond if you can. This company is stealing money from people!
Great company
I think their customer service is excellent. I ordered some 69.99 ones and it came within 3 days, plus free shipping. I tried them out and didn’t like the sound quality that much but the products were really good. I sent an email sayin I wanted to return them and they responded really quickly. And when I returned them my refund came back in about 4 days. I think they really care about their customers satisfaction!

Great Customer Service
The first pair I received did not function properly. However, after I contacted customer service, a new pair was shipped to me and work perfectly! The customer service was attentive, responsive and was very professional. Only good things to say about this company/product

In November 2019, I bought 2 pair of Knockies KP1 Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds and both are still working great, and the order was received promptly.Last week I ordered a pair of i10 TWS Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds as gift and it was received right away, and I just ordered a 2nd pair as a gift. No complaints from me!
Unable to return items
Received earbuds that failed after 3 weeks. Still within the warranty period so I contacted them about a refund. Support dragged their delaying responses and requesting additional information for nearly 2 weeks until I was beyond the return window.
Never again

They just promise "to get back to you within next XXX hours" and nothing really happens afterwards. If you knock on the door after some time it starts again, they ask you what is this conversation about, EVEN when they have the previous mail messages right under the reply... Nope, never again, don't give them your money.

I was skeptical at first knowing there are so many of these businesses... I reached out before I purchased and got all my questions answered to my satisfaction. That's what impressed me at first, just so I know what I'm going into.
Although delayed during the COVID-19, I got a small discount for that inconvenience which was so cool and not expected what so ever....
Once I received them I understand what I was buying and was a bit frustrated. Turns out, I just didn't know how to use them and needed to be a bit easier on them. I reached out to their team (again) and got a response of how to better handle them within 24 hours.
Overall, I've dealt with other big brand companies and this is by far up to par, for what they are offer.

Ordered the KP1 pro. Excellent customer service, needed to get in touch. Desmond had replied within 24hr and within 48hr everything had been sorted! Thank!
Poor product and horrible customer care!
The order was delivered a couple of weeks late. They sent me a broken charging case and the customer care is too slow to respond. After a week, they replied that I should sent it back to them and wouldn’t provide the return slip for the international shipment.
About the product, it’s waste of money to spend ~ $ 100 on such a crap. I fell for the reviews shown in one of the YouTube videos. I would not ever deal with this brand ever again.
