Extremely unhappy

Extremely unhappy! Have been sent videos to follow and it’s now made issues worse! The bed is brand new and we was told that someone would be coming out to sort it, not sending us videos of what to do and causing more problems!

Great product. There were a few problems with the delivery company they used (Yodel) but Kobel arranged for another desk to be sent out via a different courier.

connection issues

I loved my Koble Copenhagen bed with surroundsound a lighting but after 1 month the bluetooth was not discoverable and I cant find the bluetooth connection. I have rewired the bed 3 times and still can't connect. Very disappointed as It had great sound.

Excellent products

Excellent products. Packaged well, delivered quickly & good quality instructions to allow for easy assembly. My first order wasn’t perfect, I received a lamp instead of a chair. However, I ordered a further product due to the fantastic customer service received when I advised of the error. Timely & honest communication demonstrated to me that this is company who genuinely cares about the service it provides its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Koble.

zain smart side table

Purchased a zain smart side table. sound it fantastic and looks great. This is my second one I purchased. And the good thing about that is you can cennect both together by bluetooth and have music playing in different rooms 10/10

This is how to do customer service....

Have had a "Juno" electric riser desk from Koble for a few years which has been great. Yesterday the control unit just stopped working meaning I had to stand up all day....! :). I dug out the order details, noting I was now well out of warranty period and contacted Koble via the webform to see if there were any options to get a replacement control unit or if I was going to end up replacing the entire desk. David replied within 5 minutes and advised me that he could sent me a replacement control unit for tomorrow. This is what customer service should look like. Won't hesitate to buy more products from Koble when the time comes. Thanks David, superb service.

I have a Silas smart desk

I have a Silas smart desk, which I love, and the bluetooth unit malfunctioned. Emailed customer service who replied within the hour and they offered to replace it straight away after checking a few details. Just amazing service so rare to see these days

Koble ARC light faulty AC/DC adaptor

Received a Koble ARC light, unfortunately, with a defective AC/DC adaptor. Contacted customer service to request a replacement adaptor rather than replacing the full product. They promptly sent the replacement, free of charge, and within 24 hours I had received the part and had my light up and running as expected. In my book this qualifies as excellent customer service. Well done.

Great customer service and great products. When the KOble desk lamp developed a fault I contacted customer services and they sent a replacement light straigt away. Very efficient and responsive. Amazing, so pleased!
