I had a great experience working with this company. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and very easy to communicate with. They were responsive to any questions or concerns and made sure everything was handled properly and on time.
The care for the customer is the best with them, I'll always get my questions answered and things done without any issues. Highly recommend!
Brandon has been phenomenal servicing us and helping us get setup correctly and pick the best product for our business!!
I've been with three different mailbox providers and Koldmail.io is by far the best, hands down and would recommend them to anyone serious about cold emailing!!
Amazing team, super responsive and I was able to send massive amounts of emails just like I wanted. Great and humble guys that’ll support you all along the way. Would highly recommend, don’t go with anyone else.
Koldmail made our cold email infrastructure painless. Setup was fast, inboxes were warmed and ready without us babysitting anything, and deliverability has been consistently strong across our campaigns. When we had questions, support got back to us quickly with real answers. If you're running outbound at any scale, this is the backend you want. Highly recommend.
What truly sets Koldmail apart is their sophisticated approach to high-volume cold outreach frameworks. They effectively leveraged data enrichment tools like Apollo and Clay to build our pipeline, allowing for hyper-targeted, signal-based prospecting. The outbound messaging scripts they drafted were far from standard, run-of-the-mill templates; they were carefully crafted to trigger real buying intent and drive conversations
Been using Koldmail.io for a few months and no complaints. Deliverability has stayed solid, they clearly keep up with the latest deliverability updates instead of leaving you to figure it out yourself.
Support's been quick too, actual answers, not canned responses. Would recommend if you're doing cold email and want a provider that's on top of things.
We’d tried cold email before and it flopped, no replies, straight to spam. Kold Mail rebuilt our whole setup: domains, sequences, targeting, all of it. First campaign got a 9% reply rate and 6 booked calls in week one. Three months in, cold email is now our top acquisition channel, outperforming paid ads on cost per lead. If you’ve been burned by cold email before, this is the team that actually fixes it instead of just sending more volume. Insane results
I’ve been using KOLD MAIL for our outbound campaigns, and so far, the experience has been really solid. The setup has been smooth, the inboxes have been reliable, and it’s been much easier to manage everything in one place. The team has also been responsive whenever we’ve had questions. Overall, a great experience so far.
The team is super responsive and gets things done without me having to chase them.
Messages get answered quickly and the team actually fixes things instead of sending you in circles.
Deliverability holds up.
