In reality, Kolo is a CEX that steals users' fund. They will not support asset recovery, ask questions that are not relevant and just quietly end the support whenever they like.

Unfortunately, my experience with this crypto/finacial company turned out to be very unpleasant.I found that their services,in fact is not efficient nor aequate nor customer-friendly at all... They might reply that "As a regulated financial institution, they must adhere to strict internal and regulatory policies. Under these requirements, thy may occasionally need to reject services for an account, and they are often restricted from disclosing the specific reasons behind such decisions. however, as customers we can still find the other which offer much more better customer friendly services without too much restrictions and rejections..
I would highly recommend not to use the services of such company which has too much restrictions against customers!!..

Scam organisation took my USDC never updated my balances. The bogus card they have cannot be uploaded onto your phones wallet plus the reviews on here are all fake & there is no App in the App Store trust the reviews with one star AVOID AVOID AVOID

Kolo customer support is the best support. It is always available to help 24*7. Anytime I run into a question or problem even minor. I go to telegram and ask for support. And I am really happy and satisfied with their customer support and how they value their customer. I like it so much. Within 2-10min my issue gets resolved. Never seen such support or assistance. I am really amazed and happy to use their product. Will recommend everyone to use kolo.

Support team - totally incompetent. Looks like the people was just grabbed from the street without any knowledges.
