It's a scam just as everyone else has said ......the website misrepresented the books to make you think they are selling you a hard copy and after the payment processes you'll find out that bought a digital copy after they get their money of course .....and good luck reaching someone in customer service it doesn't exist they use a privacy company out of canada to hide thier information

Kolos relief is very misleading and untrustworthy. You order a hardcover book “The Forgotten Apothecary” it talks about shipping and how long it will take to arrive, but they offer 2 additional books. They makes it sound like a sweet deal. I emailed and messaged them from their website a total of ten times, with never a single response. A month and a half after my original order, I decided to reach PayPay to dispute, the very next day they responded. Told me that the three book “bundle” was an e-book. That it was clearly stated in my order and they offered a link to the e-books. No no no, what it clearly stated in my order was that my book was going to be shipped, it would take “two business days for processing and up to five business days for delivery. Just disgusting.

I purchased the Complete Natural Healing Guide and they offered 2 bonus books (Ancient Survival Remedies and Forgotten Apothecary) for $39.00. On their site the say shipping is free. The description they had on their site made it seem like they were going to mail you an actual book. I didn't get anything. I emailed them twice to check the status of my order. When I said I was filing a disute with Paypal, they responded back. They claimed it was an ebook. It was never listed anywhere in the description that these were ebooks. I wouldn't have bought them if I had known they weren't hard copies.

TOTAL SCAM!!! They advertise a hardback book with no mention of an ebook but as soon as they get your money they expect you to download the book page by page yourself. DO NOT BUY OR TRUST GOOD REVIEWS.

I did receive my 3 books that were Ebooks, took a while and a few back and forth with customer service but they resent them, if it happens to you, just keep messaging them.

The ebooks are pdf file and they are really good. 😊

Same experience as everyone else, wish I would have read them first. Tried to buy physical copies of books for a birthday gift. Apparently I was purchasing "ebooks". The photos of actual books at check out makes this very misleading. I haven't even received the ebooks either so it's basically just a full on scam? I realized after hitting purchase that there wasn't anywhere to enter my shipping address, which is different from my billing address. I emailed them to ask to change the shipping address and they answered quite quickly telling me I bought ebooks. I tried to email them 3 more times to ask for a refund and they do not answer that, so I will try to cancel the purchase through my credit card company hopefully.

I ordered two bottles of Soursop over a month ago. I have been texting their support asking for my money back. They have said it is on its way. They said they didn't have a tracking link to provide. And now they say they had an issue with the address. still no tracking link. No! I want my money back, and they are not giving me my money back. A company that takes this long and this many requests to customer service for a refund on a product not received is NOT to be trusted! Sadly, I did not look them up first.

I purchased 3 physical books. Put in my shipping address and paid for the books. Waited 3-4 weeks and no update. I reached out to customer support for an update to be told I ordered ebooks. I had not received any email with a link for the ebooks at this time. They said I already received the email with the link but he sent it a second time. I only received an email with a link after I asked for a refund. Now they are saying they can’t refund my money because they already sent the link. I have no use for an ebook.

Ordered an off-grid manual. Advertised showing physical copy.No mention of E -book. Received a receipt with download instructions. Very unhappy.No mention of E-book in screenshot.Deceptive advert.Buyer Beware!
