Absolutely horrendous delivery company. I genuinely cannot remember the last time I dealt with service this bad.
Koorier has been holding my package at their warehouse for almost TWO WEEKS while constantly posting incorrect and misleading tracking updates. At one point, the driver marked my package as an unsuccessful delivery attempt because they supposedly could not access my address.
That is simply not true.
I was home the entire day. Nobody rang my buzzer. Nobody called my phone. Nobody contacted me in any way. There was no delivery attempt. The package was simply returned to the warehouse and a false delivery update was added to the tracking.
Their customer support is another disaster. Occasionally, you can actually get through to an agent in the chat, but they are completely useless. All they do is give you the same empty promises over and over again.
I was repeatedly told to wait “2–3 business days.” Those 2–3 business days somehow turned into FIFTEEN DAYS, and my package is STILL sitting in their warehouse.
No explanation. No real update. No solution. Just the same copy-pasted promises while absolutely nothing happens.
Their phone line is basically just an automated system, and getting any meaningful help from this company feels impossible.

This company has managed to turn the simple task of delivering one package into an absurd, exhausting, incredibly frustrating experience.
The false delivery updates are unacceptable. The complete lack of accountability is unacceptable. Keeping a customer’s package sitting in a warehouse for over two weeks while repeatedly promising that something will happen within 2–3 business days is unacceptable.

I would NEVER voluntarily use Koorier again. If I had known the seller was going to ship my order with them, I honestly would have reconsidered placing the order at all.
Easily one of the worst courier companies I have ever dealt with. Completely unreliable, incredibly frustrating, and absolutely terrible customer service.

Avoid Koorier if you have any choice whatsoever.

Multiple “delivery attempts” made, obviously that is not the case. Their tracking and notification system for updates won’t work because their drivers won’t keep things up to date, and then will choose to not deliver packages. Terrible delivery company with no customer support.

Same experience as the others, waiting in the same stupid building for 6 days and making no attempt to message me back, absolutely horrible.

If they aren't successful on the first try, they sit on your package for days and weeks. Recently, they waited 12 days to make another attempt and only after I complained twice to them, and once to the sender. Just before Christmas last year, they sat on a package my wife ordered for three weeks. Again, they did not do anything until she complained to the sending company. If I know a company uses this firm, I won't make a purchase from that seller.

No attempt to buzz intercom at front of building or call my cell. I was home all day. Received notification that delivery attempt failed with an attached photo of the back of the building where there is a parking lot, garbage and recycling dumpsters. Clueless.

Terrible support that doesn't answer any questions. They called me two different names during the same chat.

I paid extra for shipping with this awful company cause it said 1 day but they're saying it'll get picked up sometime this week.

Can't even login to their shitty site for tracking

Worst service I have seen from a delivery service. Had my parcel for 5 days and it's still with them at a local office to where it needs to be delivered.

This shipping company is very slow and gives false information on delivery dates and then excuses when you inquire where your package is. They keep pushing the delivery date and it’s really annoying. They say it’s routed for the next day and then it doesn’t show up. It makes me feel like it’s a scam. I still have not received my package. I would not use this company. Save your time and money go with another more reliable and reputable company. Customer service is not great. And they are expensive. For $70usd you’d think they could at least deliver when they said they would. Ugh. They suck

I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately the courier service used was extremely unreliable. My delivery has been delayed from 2 weeks to nearly 3 weeks, and I needed these items urgently for my Lifeguard exam.
I even contacted the courier, but they were unhelpful and refused to assist.
The customer service was terrible and when I attempted to contact the courier company to explain the urgency of the situation, but unfortunately, they were unhelpful and repeatedly stated that no action could be taken, advising me only to wait until next week which makes this experience even more disappointing.
I am sharing this feedback in the hope that you will consider more reliable courier options for your international shipments in the future, so that other customers do not face similar issues.

I have had three packages delivered via Koorier, and each one has been delayed by several days. The tracking information contains little real information and is rarely updated. Shippers - use another company, this one is unreliable!

Building concierge never signed for it.
Absolute scam company.

Talking to customer service does absolutely nothing. They give you assurances, but it doesn't guarantee anything. They've made failed attempts at an open OFFICE building, they are that incompetent. At this point, I'm not even holding my breath that I actually receive my package. Absolute joke of a service.

They always take pictures and never deliver to wrong place my drop off can be confusing so thank you

After my experience and reading through the posts I feel this company needs to be investigated and reported to BBB and the media. Their response about my package was clearly a lie. I posted my review. Then on December 10 at 6:09 pm I get a call from a 365 area code about my order. The person says they had technical issues and are following up to see if people received their orders. Then tells me my order was lost. My response was I had communicated via email for days. No one ever mentioned technical issues, claimed my item was lost, so what is this call even about??
This cannot be a real company. They cannot keep accurate information and lie ( not even well thought out lies). It is a joke. This is not a business it is a circus run by incompetent clowns. And I do not believe my package was lost. I am now scared to do online purchases because I dont know if this nonsense company will be involved.

Lies… terrible unresponsive service. Emails that confirm delivery and times… suggesting quick followup on progress - then useless bot support - live individual indicates the package hasn’t arrived at their facilities… I send the emails to the contrary and I’m left hanging. The hung up on me. Terrible!!?

Joining my fellow victims in warning everyone to never use this god awful company.

Got an email on the morning of the 9th saying my package was out for delivery and estimated to arrive sometime in the afternoon, 7pm latest. 7pm rolls around, and then when I check the tracking link provided in the email, it's been updated to "We're investigating an issue related to your order and you may be contacted by a Koorier representative".
Did not receive any more communications from them after that. I'M the one who had to reach out to THEM for more details. (Tip: if you are unlucky enough to be in the same situation as me, don't bother emailing or filling out the support form on their stupid site. It's much faster to wait for their working hours and get on the chat with a live agent)
Customer service agent kindly lets me know my package has been designated missing by their ops team! Wow! And for some reason they thought that information wasn't important enough to communicate to me apparently!
Says the ops team is actively working on locating my package and will provide an update within the next 24 hours, but I have zero faith it will ever be found.
I ask them for my next steps if my package is really lost, and they tell me I will have to contact the original seller. So I assume they will take zero responsibility for LOSING MY PACKAGE IN THEIR FREAKING FACILITY!
Will update if anything changes, but for now I'm prepared for the worst.

UPDATE DEC 11: They claim they investigated and my package is still missing. Was advised to file a claim for a refund with the original seller.

Lesson learned: if you buy anything online and they send you a Koorier link, RUN FOR THE HILLS.

They left my product they were delivering to my building in the front lobby common area. I did not receive an email that it was delivered, I tracked my delivery and on the map my product was still at their warehouse. I noticed at the bottom of the tracking page was a picture of my pkg in the common area which the entire building has access to. They called this a safe delivery area, what a joke of a company.

Received a notice my package would be delivered. Then received updated notice the delivery failed due to "technical issues". Spoke with support team who told me they made 3 delivery attempts and phoned me. No previous attempts were ever made and I have no phone record of them attempting to contact me. My parcel has now been returned to company I made purchase from. Poor service and no communication. Hoping to never have to use this delivery service again.

Has to be the most horrendous delivery experience ever.
I had a gift to be delivered on the 24th, that got changed to the 26th, then the 26th came and it got changed to the 27th.
On the 27th I got a text and email saying the package is on the way and within the next 10 stops, but 3 hours later it was updated to "We're investigating an issue related to your order and you may be contacted by a Koorier representative".
They made no effort to contact me, I had to contact their customer service multiple times (They are nice but very slow and sometimes just stop answering entirely).
On the 28th, they said it would be arriving the next day, but it did not arrive.
Now it is December 1st and customer service has told me it will arrive in the next 2 days.
Still no update on the "investigation", just more delays. And they're not even delays that I'm being directly notified about, tracking history hasn't been updated in 4 days and I'M the one that has to contact THEM to get any kind of update.
I have no faith my package will ever arrive as I'm not getting any reliable updates.

I wanted to reach out and commend your excellent customer service platform. I receive dozens of courier packages every year and you guys are the best in the markplace. Your timely updates and website portal are excellent. It is so appreciated to be able to follow my deliveries in real time. Well done :)
