just received my order

just received my order, but the product isn't like the advertisement. It says it's from Korea, but why is it from China? The tube cap doesn't look like the one in the advertisement, and there's no scannable QR code. It looks like a fake. The cream is runny and not thick. I'm dissatisfied with the expected results and the money I paid.

difficult to cancel subscription

Product is good but they are sending too much. It is very difficult to cancel subscription, no one answered my phone call, nor my email.

Terrible company they will not respond and they will keep charging your card and sending product that you do not want. You cannot send it back.

If you order this company will not stop sending and charging to your credit card. There is no way to get in touch with them. The product is horrible. Do not order.

I've given Koriderm Time Reversal cream…

I've given Koriderm Time Reversal cream 5 stars because it's working for me. After only a week of following a twice daily routine, my skin lost the dry parched look, is so much brighter, and softer. I'm just into week 2 and my finer lines are softening around my eyes, and lips. I've wasted £s on expensive serums and creams in the past, so I shall be a returning customer to Koriderm, that's shown positive results.

It’s quite good

It’s quite good
I’ve been using it a while, on my second tube, and I have sensitive skin. It gives hydration and calms the skin. I use this when the la Roche posey cicaplast makes me skin look oily.

Love the results I am seeing!

I have been using this cream for several weeks now and I’m surprised to see what a big, positive difference it is making on my skin. I think my skin looks smoother and brighter. I am beginning to see some fine lines disappearing. Can’t say enough good things about this product I’ve ordered more!!

Since I started using this product

Since I started using this product, my skin has improved dramatically. After spending a lot on various serums and creams, I've found that this is the only one I truly need. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great for your skin!

I love the cream. It’s slowly removing wrinkles and I think it is doing a good job moisturizing my skin. I have been using it for a couple of months now. Who knew that at 78 years old I would have such a beautiful skin!

I have tried Koriderm & the face cream is fabulous. I am a 72 year woman & I am so pleased to have found such a lovely product on the internet. I had tried previous products from other companies & was always let down, but Koriderm is completely different.

Customer service - exactly what it is!

I was due another batch of the moisturiser and the package was in the process of being despatched. I contacted Kollo Customer Services to request the delivery be stoped and a full refund given due to my limited funds. Although Kollo is inexpensive I couldn’t stretch this month - Kollo responded within 24 hours and confirmed a full refund would be in my account 3-4 days.

Truly great customer service and no quibbles - honestly feel valued.
