You guys are intentionally holding my funds. Immediately after I received 1700CAD, my account got suspended for no reason. This is the third time of this happening. And this has taken very long over two weeks now.
Their communication is very poor, only mail. For two to three days now no response after series of mail I sent concerning same issue.
Initially I was enjoying this app, but now it's wack and risky to fund your wallet because you might lose your money and your account.

Your reply is a fat lie!! How is 474GBP equivalent to 1700CAD? You replied me on mail that the CAD will be returned to my account xyzmayor@... but you requested for GBP ACCOUNT for my remaining balance.

We understand how frustrating account restrictions can feel.
Following a review, this account was deactivated due to repeated non-compliance with required security, compliance, and platform use policies. These controls are in place to protect all customers and maintain the integrity of our services.
As part of the deactivation process, all remaining funds (held in all currencies) were fully returned to the original source and evidence of the refund transfer was shared with you. Korrency does not retain customer funds in these situations. We dont convert your funds for your behalf. Each currency was refunded exactly in the currency it was received including (eg. GBP, EUR and CAD).
Our support team has responded through our official channels. For privacy and security reasons, we’re unable to discuss individual account details publicly.
