Koselimoment Reviews

Do NOT order from this company. Wreaths are are NOT wreaths, they are the size of an ornament. This company will play games on giving you a refund, so that it ends up costing you money, not them. Company is NOT in the USA. The junk actually comes out of China, goes to an address in the USA, that person slaps a new labels, so you think it came from the USA. I've been getting the run around since I first contacted them on October 7th looking for my order.

Beware. If i could give them a zero, i would.

I bought 3 kits. The kits were missing some pieces that were outlined in the instructions... the filling and a back piece for the ornament. When i contracted them, they told me the kits had everything it needs. But the instructions say otherwise. You can't do what the instructions say with what is in the box. They do not stand behind their product.

I will never buy from this company again. I paid $18 apiece fore these pieces of junk. $55 down the drain. They're not even good enough to give to the good will.

Should be a zero. I regret not checking this website before ordering from Kiselimoment. The kits are the cheapest things i have ever seen and look nothing like what is advertised. Hood nees is they will refund me 15% of my $63 or i can get more of their junk for free. Terrible company!!!

I ordered the wreath kits. It took forever for them to arrive then they were nothing like what was advertised., The felt part to poke the uncut fabric into was paper thin and there wasn't any filler that was in the instructions or the fabric pieces that you were supposed to sew together. a 15% refund was offered or a 20% discount on my next purchase. Don't spend any money here, it is horrible

Completely false advertising! Product looks nothing like the picture. Tool didn’t work at all and the scissors provided wouldn’t cut the fabric. Pieces of the kit missing. Don’t waste your money!

When ordering the delivery date was within 2 weeks. Once I submitted my order it went to 4 weeks. Then the order was in limbo and when I contacted them it was due to demand. The package arrives and the items are 1/3 the size shown on the advertisement! They are ornament size. Now all my emails to the company contact have disappeared from my inbox, trash and hold for follow-up.

I would give a Zero star rating if it was an option.

This is the saddest most cheap and pathetic DIY I have ever seen. I DO NOT believe the items I received could possibly look anything like the pics they show. Even the holly leaves are stamped on a piece of felt. The fabric is thin and misshaped. SAVE YOUR MONEY. THIS IS THE POOREST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT. I WOULD TRULY PREFER A REFUND!! THE DISAPPOINTMENT IS REAL!! TRULY THIS DESERVES NO STARS. ONE IS FAR TOO GENEROUS!!!

I ordered two 3D Fabric poke wreaths on 9/23 and they charged my credit card in 9/24. I received them yesterday, 10/28. Over thirty days from ordering.
This was after numerous emails.
The kits were not in my opinion as represented on the website. I would NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR.

Only reason a 1 is there isn’t any lower category. Product is nothing like the video marketing! And, this is not the only company carrying this product, the Christmas Fabric Wreath DIY 3D kit. It is sold by sellers in Etsy, Shopify, SHEIN, even Wayfair! It is a scam, a piece of junk!

Order two poke wreaths look nothing like the video. The deer that is supposed to come with it looked nice and plump in the video but when it came, it was just a flat 2D piece. It was supposed to be sewed together with cotton put in. It didn’t come with any cotton or the back piece here we go fabric was cheap and flimsy didn’t have enough of it to cover the whole thing cheap ripoffs that should be reported don’t trust it.

Ordered two wreaths that on the ad were beautiful and looked like fun. Sturdy white base, nice looking cotton fabric. After several months, with no communication, two vey small boxes arrived. Cheap polyester fabric and a flat felt base folded into 4. Horrible instructions. Live and learn….don’t buy this.

Ordered 9/13. Was charged for 2 poke wreaths on 9/16. Wreaths were still in China awaiting a flight well into Oct. Began complaining. Told company repeatedly to cancel order and refund my money. Response was always product on its way, be patient. Had to open dispute with Visa which is still in progress. Koselimoment kept telling me be patient. Under no circumstances expect customer service or even what you paid for.

Do not buy from this company, it’s a bait and switch, the items I ordered were crap. They scammed me out of $50.88 the product was junky and nothing like the advertisement whatsoever. Please don’t waste your money, I didn’t receive it in 7 business days like they said, it was a month, and when I opened the package junk was inside!

Gave 1 star because there aren't any negative stars. I haven't even received my order and don't expect to. First time I have ever been scammed by something like this, and IT'S THE LAST!

This is not American based, all Chinese! Very deceiving advertising! The wreath they show on the video ads looks heavy duty-plastic like. They are not, they are a cheap felt, that has been folded for shipping and will not be"uncreased". Also, the pictures/video ads show it to be much larger than it is. Actual wreath is 11.5" in diameter. You have to cut the fabric in 1.57" squares (4cm x 4cm) according to the directions, however the video ads show different size pieces of fabric. This is very misleading product representation. Will not be ordering again. I am sure I can find a better, American made product. I am going to make one and see, afraid that returning will be a nightmare!

I gave 1 star ONLY because you have to. DO NOT order from this company!!!! You will receive junk!!! The wreath ring is a piece of felt, the square material pieces come to you in 4 small pieces of fabric that you have to cut, which is NOT going to be enough material to fill all the holes!!!
I am so pissed off with the product that I received and they don't want to refund my money!!!!!!
Save your money and purchase elsewhere. I have seen them on other sites for $ 10.00 - $ 12.00.
BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!!!
YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!

I don't know why I keep falling for these ads. Stupid I guess. I am handicapped and it looked like something I might be able to do. Thin felt wreath will need heavy cardboard or something similar to work on. Wil need to iron fabric pieces before I attempt to cut into squares. Not sure I can assemble small pieces into added features. I paid $20 each for 2, could have ordered from Amazon for $13 each. I am so disappointed and angry with myself for wasting my limited money on garbage.

Not what was pictured...thought this was for a door but it is more like fitting for a doorknob.

I ordered a DIY poke wreath on September 15. It finally arrived today and it wasn’t anything like the ad. The photos online show a white thin foam wreath form that would be thick enough to do the precut fabric squares in. What I received was a folded felt like wreath and uncut pieces of fabric that were wrinkled and wadded up. There is no way you could poke fabric through something this thin. The shipping wasn’t quick either. Don’t waste your money. I’m asking them for a refund but I’m not holding my breath. If I get a refund I will update but I still can’t recommend this company.
