My order of a beautiful Kovi fabric arrived in a timely manner. Unfortutnately, another fabric that I had not ordered arrived at my house, as well. I actually emailed Kovi fabric right away, on a Friday afternoon, and Andrea contacted me that evening re: the misdirected fabric. I obviously, wanted this fabric sent to the correct buyer, ASAP. Andrea, notified the warehouse, on Monday, and the fabric was picked up the following day. Andrea kept me in the loop, the entire process. I am very appreciative of the excellent customer service.

By the way, the fabric I received is absolutely lovely and soft. The 2 chairs and fabric are at the upholsterer's presently.

I had 6 pieces of furniture that needed to be reupholstered. Two of the pieces are about 100 years old (they were my Grandmother's) and were still covered with their original fabric. As you might guess it was especially important to me to select the right fabric. Everyone at Kovi was very helpfuI and nice. I received my order in a timely manner and in excellent condition. My furniture came back from the shop last weekend and I am very happy with the end results. This has been a very positive experience and I appreciate the professionalism and care that Kovi provided.

The fabric on this site is extremely good quality. The prices are reasonable. I ordered four different color fabrics and they are absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered same product 6 years ago and feared it may look different. However the fabric matched perfectly. The older fabric looks as good as new!

I have never ordered fabric online. But Kovi offered so many choices. For a small charge, I ordered samples that came in a timely manner. I ordered 15 yards for my chair Reupholstering job. I got credit for the sample fees applied to my order. It arrived In a very timely manner of about only a week. They have a great customer service Dept and check in with you through the whole process from beginning to the end. I would definitely go to them

I was absolutely amazed at how fast my order was processed. From the date I ordered my fabric to the date it was received was only one week. I love the fabric I purchased and it will make my $15 used chair, look spectacular!

KOVI Fabrics has quality fabric and excellent customer service. I placed an order and when it was discovered that the fabric was out of stock they quickly sent an email suggesting several other fabrics that were very similar and helped me find one that would work for my project. They shipped my selection immediately and the fabric was good quality and the yardage was correct. Then they followed up with at least two emails to make sure I received my fabric and that I was happy with it. You don’t see companies often follow up after the sale. Usually once they have your money you don’t hear from them. It is refreshing to do business with a company that does care.

They are one of the few fabric stores that carry high-quality durable fabric. We wanted to restore a period piece close to the original pattern and we found what we had been searching for several years for online at Kovi! We ordered a sample and were pleasantly surprised that it was thick, durable, beautiful fabric, not like the cheap thin stuff we had been finding. I was already thrilled but then experienced the most FANTASTIC customer service & care you could ever imagine. I bet there is not another fabric supply store that provides near the help, attention, and genuine care and concern that Kovi did. I can highly recommend ordering from them!

Wanted to let you know that the fabric we bought looks great. And Andrea Rivas was extremely helpful, personable and professional in helping us to determine when our order would arrive. Looking forward to our team recovering the kneelers for our church. I am sure they will look great.

I was looking for fabric that would be durable and brighten up my dining room chairs. I found Kovi fabrics and after looking for weeks at other sites, found the fabric I had been searching for at Kovi. I ordered sample received sample the fabric was as pictured the colors are bright. I made a call to check on yardage placed my order . Fabric came in less than a week. I now have an entire new look in the dining room. Reviews from family & friends have been great!! I will certainly recommend Kovi to friends& family and will definitely use Kovi in future.

Very good customer service. I really liked the fabric. They shipped very quickly and they shipped it as a roll. Customer service emailed me several times with status checks. Overall great experience. I will order again in the future.

I did not know I could select fabrics on-line so easily and receive samples in just a few days. KOVI Fabrics provided so many choices for my shabby chair, and when I decided which fabric I wanted, I received very professional assistance over the phone to help me order the fabric. The fabric arrived quickly. I will definitely use KOVI for any future fabric needs.

I ordered 10 samples, only received 2. Their website says orders are processed within the week. I reached out when it had been 3 weeks since I placed the order and was disappointed to find that they have no way to check if the samples were sent, they just offered to resend them and if I had a PO box they could send it to instead. These are for samples. I cannot IMAGINE the stress of waiting on a rather large order of fabric for reupholstering furniture! Definitely taking my business elsewhere.

Actually called them on the phone because I contemplated two different fabrics and had the best and easiest experience. Ordered the material it came within two weeks and my chairs are looking fantastic! Love the material and my experience.

This was my first time ordering fabric online. I was looking to upholster a small vintage bench. The sample process was quick and easy and after choosing 4 samples I was able to make my selection.
All costs associated with the samples were credited to my order and the fabric was sent directly to the upholstery shop, saving a trip for me! I contacted the company twice, once to check on a sample and again to place my order. But they checked on me, to insure my satisfaction! Such lovely people! This experience was a pleasure and the quality of the fabric was excellent! I will only shop Kovi fabrics going forward!

Samples arrived within 10 days. Follow up from Allie was unexpected but so helpful. Ordered fabric and it arrived well ahead of schedule (within 3 days of placing order).
