I ordered a TMNT 4-pack by joytoy along with 2 other figures. This came from China missing one of the turtles. 3 days and still no response about the missing turtle after filing a report. I doubt I change this much even if they respond, because how you going to take forever to ship and pack it, and forget a whole figure?? There’s no way it would even fit in the box if they did ship it, so it seemed intentional.

Ordered a heisei Godzilla from HIYA toys and it came within 3 weeks (like it said) and came packed tightly with an extra box for protection. The figure and box was not damaged at all. The price is budget friendly and was less expensive than the original hiya toys website. You can also use YouTuber codes to get up to 6% off on your order which was really helpful. Kowkis toy is very reliable and highly recommended!

Great packing I ordered a Monster Zero/King Ghidorah figure it arrived extremely fast and there were nothing broken or lose with the figure the website is also great I was a bit skeptical at first bc it only had 3 or 8 reviews but great website I would highly recommend it to Godzilla fans

I bought a Shimo figure from kowkistoy.com . I paid 299.00 when I received and my grandson opened it - the left rear foot fell off - I tried to put it back on its leg but it did not fit correctly. My grandson was so sad and disappointed. I’ve been emailing with for days and they tell me they are sending the leg cover not the foot which is what I need- I also bought Scar King- and was ready to get Godzilla and King Kong but after their poor service I am not. I just don’t understand- they had a loyal customer and now they lost it over a left rear foot that would cost them a few dollars.

Love the free shipping and customer service. They also provide discounts on items which is always a plus.

I ordered a few Hiya figures from here, delivery takes a few weeks, but they usually get figures a bit earlier than big retailers. Packages have a lot of protection and the figures come in perfect condition.

It is a VERY good store to buy! Highly recommended. Though the only issue I have is that the shipment should be on time so the item arrives early. But overall, this store is a solid 10 out of 10! Just need to improve the shipment time. Great store! 🙏🏻
